“Jo has been fantastic, is very patient and easy to deal with. Jo helped us with our subdivision and extension and a new garage of the existing house on a very awkward block, with difficult neighbours. Jo is very experienced in the rockingham area and explained the whole process. Her 20+ years of experience with council meant we were totaly confident we had come up with a plan that was compliant. We had seen a large reno doug had completed and were impressed with his attention to detail and ability to work closely with his client. 建築家とは、建築物（住宅）やその周りの空間（外構）を、法律を遵守した形で設計する専門家です。建築物の外観、内部構造、機能性、美学を考慮し、クライアントの要望を実現します。また、実際に工事がはじまると、図面どおりに建築されているかなど、施工の監督管理も行います。

建築家の料金はプロジェクトの規模や複雑さによって異なります。通常、建設予算の一定の割合（通常は10〜20％）が建築家の料金として考えられます。
プロジェクトの規模や複雑さにより異なりますが、一般的には数週間から数ヶ月かかります。複雑なプロジェクトはさらに時間がかかることがあります。
