“I was in contact with Steve over several years as I planned and thought about the project. Steve never rushed the sale and just said whenever I was ready. He and I worked together on the design and he suggested some key items that added alot of value. He came in on budget and on time. His craftmen (carpenters, concrete, & mason's) were very professional and immediately corrected any issues that I came accross. We very much enjoy our outdoor kitchen and covered patio and I have no reguests.”

“Origin architects is an amazing architecture firm, focusing on detail and creativity that makes every project unique! As an interior designer I loved the amount of detail that went into this home. Not only the interiors but exteriors as well. Also the fact that they take "the views" heavily in consideration masked all the difference. The luxury home has beautiful golf course views from nearly every room / window in the home. The outcome was georgeous and the homeowners couldn't have been happier! I believe that Javier and his team truly captured their dream home!”

“Greg Swedberg is the principal at 2Scale Architects. We chose him based on the recommendation of a well-known Houston builder. He is proving to be, not only a highly talented architect, but an invaluable asset in navigating the vagaries of choosing just the right builder and decorator. We particularly like the way he personally bonds with his design and works to see that his client’s visions and concepts materialize accurately in 3D. His acumen is that of a well-seasoned architect but his age puts him in touch with contemporary techniques and state-of-the-art design practices. He’s easy to work with and is honest in conveying practical solutions to a client’s personal taste in design.”

“We had built homes before and this time we were looking for someone who could not only build our home, but work with us from design concept through completion. A friend recommended Whiteley & Whiteley because they are a design/build firm. David turned our ideas into a cohesive design, encompassing all the details we requested. During construction, Diane worked closely with us to ensure that our vision for the home was realized by carefully coordinating materials, colors, etc. The products were carefully researched and my husband and I were allowed to make our decisions based on standards as well as cost. We were kept informed of our costs and budget throughout the process and are very satisfied with the financial accountability of the Whiteley team. More importantly, during the construction process, the Whiteleys became more than our builders; they became our friends. -Ruben and Francine Hope”

“We hired Brickmoon Design to draw plans for our small 1920 bungalow to add a 2nd bath and were hoping to get the washer/dryer into the house (from the garage). They came up with 2 main ideas, took dimensions and we had the survey done, but we have not made a decision on whether to 1) stay within our small 1350 sf footprint, or 2) add onto the house at a substantially higher cost. My husband doesn't want to spend the extra money to add on but I like the addition idea the best, so we have not gone any further. So far, we are out about $5,000 for plans and survey but are stalled. Brickmoon gave us exactly what we asked for, but I still think there has got to be a cost effective way to add an additional 200-300 square feet. Am I dreaming?”

He's a superb listener and really took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted and how to make that happen. This was a real collaboration and Charles made me a partner in achieving the design I wanted. He's wonderfully attentive and personable and has been such a joy to work with. 建築家の料金はプロジェクトの規模や複雑さによって異なります。通常、建設予算の一定の割合（通常は10〜20％）が建築家の料金として考えられます。
プロジェクトの規模や複雑さにより異なりますが、一般的には数週間から数ヶ月かかります。複雑なプロジェクトはさらに時間がかかることがあります。
