Successfully transforming the space within program requirements while creating the desired upscale, inviting, and chic atmosphere sought. The lounge design incorporated use of particular materials and fixtures that creatively blended the industrial vibe with modern. It was an absolute pleasure working with said firm and would collaborate on future projects.”

“I can't recommend this firm enough. I loved working with them! They surpassed my expectations for the job in design and function, which was not easy considering it was a remodel/tear down of a 1920's courtyard apartment house. They turned it into a warm, modern, chic place with dynamic lines. I constantly have people walking into my courtyard to get a better look at the place. I met Warren Wagner eight years before my project on an architectural tour and kept his card on my desk until I finally had a property to build on. He was my first and only phone call. He and his partner Deva are not only brilliant architects but were so helpful through all my trials and tribulations with the city. They were right there for me, holding my hand. Since the completion of my house they have been hired by two other people I know.”

“Greg Crawford has designed and construction managed two residential, and three commercial remodels for my husband and I since 2006. We like Greg for his imaginative design, thoughtful use of materials, meticulous attention to detail, efficient and unflappable management skills, and responsive followthrough. An example of Greg's thoroughness is he begins a project design by physically spending time both day and night studying the site's light and breeze patterns, the feel and flow of the space, and it's surrounding environment. This important step helps determine for example, window, skylight, and door placement that cannot be accomplished by relying solely on computer models. This extra attention to detail sets Greg apart and contributes to the success of his buildings, and to the ultimate comfort and enjoyment of it's occupants. Another huge plus working with Greg is his adroitness at navigating the murky waters of city bureaucracies. For example, in catching a city map error, Greg saved us weeks of time avoiding unnecessary and costly code requirements. It is a genuine pleasure to work with Greg, and to enjoy the quality results he provides.”
