They were great to work with and took great direction from ourselves and the architect to get the look that we were after. A few years later we used them again to swap out a few wine racks for magnum racks and again the process and installation was seamless. The owner (Franz) is the most knowledgeable person I've come across and has extensive knowledge of all appliances brands and where different brands of appliances are actually sourced and manufactured. This is extremely helpful. He also focuses on recommending the most suitable appliance for your needs rather than just the most expensive. The only slight criticism I would have is that I've found he has sometimes been a bit patronising towards me when I've expressed my ideas about which level of appliance I would like. (Interestingly when my husband was present he wasn't like this at all.) Apart from that, he provides an excellent service, and he also stocks my new favourite brand, V-Zug!! I hope they're around for many years to come.”
