They were great to work with and took great direction from ourselves and the architect to get the look that we were after. A few years later we used them again to swap out a few wine racks for magnum racks and again the process and installation was seamless. I even used them to make me a small custom rack to hang my herb pots from! Let your imagination run wild, the team will surely work out a solution for you.”

This is extremely helpful. He also focuses on recommending the most suitable appliance for your needs rather than just the most expensive. The only slight criticism I would have is that I've found he has sometimes been a bit patronising towards me when I've expressed my ideas about which level of appliance I would like. (Interestingly when my husband was present he wasn't like this at all.) Apart from that, he provides an excellent service, and he also stocks my new favourite brand, V-Zug!! I hope they're around for many years to come.”
