“When i decided to sell our family home, I went directly to Kim Wells. Since I was in uncharted territory I needed someone to walk me through the process. Boy did she! She offered suggestions of things I could do to bring the best return. We worked hard to prep the house. Kim came over whenever she had a spare moment and even helped us paint! When we had done everything we could, in she came. With truckloads of everything from sofas and beds, to pillows and curtains, she transformed the house. My humble house became a showplace! She brought in a professional photographer to take pictures. I couldn't believe my eyes. The following weekend, together we launched a Mega-Open-House. Signs on every corner within a square mile, banners and signs on the lawn, snacks and drinks for the visitors. It was incredible. She also had a few private showings. And, within 10 days, and after several offers, our house sold... over asking price! We were thrilled, to say the least. She walked me through the paperwork, explaining everything in a language I could understand, and that was that. Perfectly painless. “Doug Campbell is a consummate professional and an expert in Tustin, North Tustin, and surrounding areas. From knowing local issues such as which properties are within specific school zones, age range of neighborhoods and HOA fees, to the specialized skills of handling multiple offers, working with first-time buyers or million-dollar properties, and picking-up dropped details by less proficient realtors - Doug is respectful, thoughtful, and extremely good at his vocation. He doesn’t ‘do’ real-estate as a hobby or second career…I think he chose his profession because he likes helping people with their property needs. Here’s why I feel this way: My husband and I met Doug while driving around various neighborhoods looking for open houses.
