Horrific Experience The service here was absolutely horrific. We ordered 3 pieces of furniture for $5,000.00 as well as their so called "white Glove installation service" for another $300.00, a Ford Desk which came damaged and sketchy design, Madison wall bookshelf which came damaged and unrepairable, file cabinet which also came damaged and unrepairable. When their "white glove" installers came to assemble and install the furniture they also stated the furniture is not well designed or sturdy. They stated the Madison shelf would bow after time and poor design. 3 weeks have passed and after many phone calls and emails, still no word from Zuri on when the new furniture will be shipped, let alone delivered. But they certainly kept the money I paid for this junk. They stated they would take their own damaged furniture back for a refund, but will be charging a $800 re stocking / shipping fee??? To take back their own damaged furniture and no word yet on when new furniture will even be shipped!! Don't walk away from the company. RUN!!! Absolutely Horrific Experience.

So disappointed. Ordered a bed and was told 10 business days delivery. This was in September. The best they can tell us (and have been for a couple of weeks now) is that one of the five boxes is in transit from California but they don't know where it is??? I am promised call backs which don't happen. It is a real disappointment.

We ordered the Zuri counter stools for our lake home and absolutely love them. They came carefully packaged in perfect condition and were delivered without a hitch. They are beautiful, comfortable, and we just love the style and color. Thanks much.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality and sturdiness of the bar stools I purchased. Heavy duty broad base with well stitched leather look fabric. Nice color also.

I moved into a new contemporary apartment and I wanted a contemporary desk and chair. I discovered Zuri Furniture and I purchased what I needed. With its sleek design and affordability I am happy with the products.

We were looking for the quality bar stools, hard to make decision with so many choices on Houzz.com. We are happy with the bar stools we purchased from Zuri, acceptable on quality, easy assembly and look good in our kitchen. I would buy from Zuri again.

I now have 2 pieces from Zuri Furniture and I love both of them. One is the buttery white Leather Marlo bed and 2nd purchase was Geffen Leather Executive chair -same color as bed. Both are high quality for a reasonable price. I will continue to shop with Zuri!

I ordered 4 blue acrylic with chrome, bar stools for my newly renovated kitchen island. They were just as pictured and have added that color pop I wanted in that space.

BEWARE! Sold me a table with a dent and scratches all over it and refused to exchange it. It looks like it may have been a floor model, or it was damaged in their warehouse or on one of their trucks. I contacted them right away and was told they wouldn't help me. Shady company, stay away!!

I purchased a retro lime green chair for a pop of color in my office. The color is exactly what I saw pictured on Houzz and I absolutely love the chair for both its uniqueness and its overall comfort. The assembly was easy and fast and the chair was delivered in perfect condition. I highly recommend Zuri Furniture...what a great find!

I am still waiting for a response on when the defective desk I received will be repaired. I was so excited when I ordered this very expensive desk. This is very disappointing. I hope they call me soon because I'm using a folding table as a desk
