Right on time, very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and gave me some spot cleaning tips! Carpet and rugs looks great, I even got rid of spots I thought can never be fully cleaned. And my cat and I are grateful for no residues and no chemicals. Great job, great experience, good price. I will use and recommend only ZEROREZ from now on.

I chose ZEROREZ because I didn't want to hire a company that uses chemicals to clean carpets. This is the second time I've used their service. I find that their staffs are very accommodating. I would recommend their service to anyone.

I was a bit dissatisfied as this professional did not spot clean some of the areas as other professionals have done before him. So needless to say I did it after he cleaned the carpets. I mentioned it to him and he just gave me a pitch that meant nothing.

Our guy was there when he said he’d be. He was efficient, quite personable and very knowledgeable. The job was done professionally and effectively. Zerorez is great. I have used other carpet cleaning services, and had to go back to zerorez. You can really tell that there is no residue, unlike the shampoo type of carpet cleaning. They are easy to schedule with and show up on time.
