Quick and Easy process for estimate. Once we selected Brian and team at Zen the install went on time and without a hitch. The install team was efficient and answered any questions. Things I requested during install were addressed without any problems. There was one item on one of the 33 windows the team noticed during install, I would not have noticed the issue. They ordered a part and within 3 days I was contacted to change out the part. The windows have been such an improvement in sound deadening and reducing heat transmitted. Working with Zen Windows was Amazing! From the first contact to completing our window project. All questions were answered in a timely manner. The install crew also answered any question we had and did an excellent job. Brian and Scott are very knowledgeable and professional. Brian and his team made the process extremely easy and they do a great job up front providing you with education around what your options are/products they carry. I felt overwhelmed with options and was unsure how to determine the right partner but once I looked at their website and read through a few articles, in addition to the great reviews, I knew they were the right choice for the job. Competitive pricing but EXCELLENT customer service.

excellent job--researched windows extensively with 3 important categories 1)Quality- Softlite/Zen,Okna and Sunrise were all excellent vinyl windows with impressive scores(AI,SHGC,VT,DP,U factor all excellent)--other better known not as well built. 2)Service /Installation--outstanding service and installation by reviews confirmed by experience (I observed entire installation) 3)Price --very reasonable--especially compared to renewal by Anderson Extremely knowledgeable with good advice concerning which level of window (I bought Zen Lotus/Softlite Pro) rather than more costly window (with higher DP rating not needed for my NC lake location but useful in hurricane locations). I was so impressed I then bought Zen windows for my Ohio residence as well.

I would give Brian Zimmerman and Warren 10 stars if that was an option. From my first phone call to Brian I never had to wonder, question, or wait during any of this process. I'm sooo thankful I found them. I'm nor a great orator or writer, so I'll just say that I thank God he helped to guide me to this company!

Couldn't be more pleased with the total experience. Skipped the whole 2 hour, in home sales pitch. Got a firm quote by calling Brian with the rough window measurements. The quote was competitive. Communication excellent throughout and the installation crew was one of the most professional ever. Whole house - 27 windows done in one day at about $500 per window.

After sitting through in home presentations from other vendors that lasted for hours, I heard about Zen Windows and gave Brian a call. He had a quote for me almost immediately, which was less than the others I had received, and was able to answer all of my questions without being pushy. It did not take long for me to decide Zen was who I wanted to go with. I contacted Zen Windows after reading positive reviews on Angie's List. The Owner, Brian, was quick to communicate and very professional throughout the process. I appreciated the no hassle estimate and found it to be competitive. I originally planned to only replace the upstairs windows but the financing option made it possible to replace at 17 windows and patio door with a slider. The transformation from the original single pane windows installed in 1964 w/ storm windows to the new Zen Windows was incredible. We were happy that the installation only took one day and the crew cleaned everything up.

Brian did our front door. It looks beautiful and we loved the customer service. He was not pushy. He was efficient and knew his product well.

Had zen install 22 windows in march of 2016. I did a lot of research first about the type of windows and features i wanted the windows to have (supersaver spacer, constant force balance, sloped sill, lifetime warranty, night latches, virgin vinyl,...). Zen was able to meet every want I had in a window. The only negative was that one of the 22 windows was measured incorrectly and it took an extra 2-3 weeks to put in the last window as we had to wait for it to be ordered and produced. the original install was complete in 1 day (21 windows). The owner (Brian Zimmerman) was always available to answer my questions. anytime i emailed he would answer very quickly and was active through the process. After the project was completed I even got a hand written thank you note in which he apologized for the measuring error and the extra time it took.

Brian and his team at Zen windows made the window buying process easy and painless. From an initial estimate through installation, Brian was always quick to respond to emails with questions or other concerns. I had 15 double-hung windows installed to replace the original single pain windows in my home. What a difference! I couldn't be happier with my Zen Windows.

We couldn't be happier with our door from Zen Windows and Doors. Brian was great to work with, and the install crew was awesome as well. They were on time, and paid close attention to details to make sure the install was done properly. Brian was there every step of the way, and made sure the job was done right before the installers left. We have had tons of compliments on our door, and it's made the front entrance and curb appeal of our house so much better.
