The referrals could not have been better. Greg and his team not only repaired the damage, but we upgraded the master shower completely. We hired Zend-o Renovations (Greg) for a master bath update. This was a satisfying fun project, working with Greg, starting with his prompt quotation, his knowledge, job timeliness, easy communication and great crew during the job. Our main goals were to increase shower space, add storage and install a space saving soaker tub, and cabinets with linen storage. We accomplished all our goals with a larger space and a finished classy bathroom, thanks to Greg,s suggestions , ideas, and excellent workmanship. We love our new bathroom. For our renovation, we had a powder room converted into a full bath in which we gutted the room and cut into the foundation. On first impression, you immediately notice Greg’s attention to detail and the passion that he has for his craft. It was refreshing to have a contractor give meaningful feedback throughout the project on not only the aesthetics but the functionality of the room. One of the best determiners of competence is how well events are handled when things start to go south since nothing ever goes exactly as planned. Thanks to Greg’s experience, we always felt like we got the right amount of information to make the best possible decisions for the project. These are qualities that provided additional value to the project that we see on the faces of our guests every time they see the work that has been done. We wish all contractors were like this because the process was very low stress. This is a man who loves what he does and it shows in his work.

Greg's team is extremely professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. Greg himself is a good communicator and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. His team cleaned up the work area each day and were very respectful. Greg helped us with the design choices and was able to get good discounts at many retailers. I would definitely recommend his team-- we will be using them again.
