We are Zen Windows zealots, we couldn't be happier. After first getting a slick, three-hour sales presentation from a national brand window sales team, we were shocked at the incredible high price and game they played of cutting the price, "if you act now." They dropped the price three times to try and close the sale. The experience felt like we were dealing with sleazy used car salesmen, and their price-- even when cut three times-- was sky high. Then, we contacted Zen Windows. Scott Groves, one of the owners, was polite and very helpful. He was knowledgeable, empathetic and NOT a slick high pressure sales guy. He gave straight answers and no hype or games. Florencio, Zen Window's head installer, came by to measure our windows and give us an exact estimate that was about HALF the price of the best price we were quoted from the national window company. We booked the job. There was no money up front, and no sales gamesmanship. Our exact windows were custom-made in Ohio and were ready less than four weeks later. Florencio and his crew of three other professional installers came. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The crew worked three full days and replaced 49 windows and a door. The fit and finish of the windows is perfect. Once we were happy with the job (happy-- we were ecstatic!), we paid. It's unbelievable the difference Zen Windows have made to our home. Ours are the double-paned Nirvana models, and I believe we have found our nirvana. Inside, the look is beautiful, quiet and clean. Outside, our home has incredible curb appeal with clean lines and modern windows. Best of all, the windows come with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE (that's transferrable when we sell our house). So, how do we feel about our Zen experience? Let's just say we've been smiling ever since they've been installed. Zen made replacement windows easy and hassle-free.

Very pleased with Zen Windows and highly recommend! Scott was very responsive, courteous, and clear throughout the whole process. The pricing was excellent as was the quality of install and windows themselves. The installation crew was clean and left no dust behind. I liked the pricing and results so much that I decided to have them create two new openings, one being a sliding door for my new patio.

Was very impressed with the way Mr. Groves communicated with me from beginning to end. The installation team that came out today was prompt, professional and did an excellent job installing the window. Needed to replace a broken vinyl window, and wanted one of similar quality. Found Zen Windows on Angie's List, and based on the excellent reviews there, purchased their coupon for a new window. Scott Groves was very prompt contacting me to confirm exactly what I wanted, and ordered the window. He contacted me again about 12 days later to let me know the window had come in and wanted to come the next day to install it. I was not available that day, and sent a reply suggesting any day the following week. Scott promptly replied that they could come on Saturday and I told him that would be great. His installers called to let me know their ETA at our home, and when they arrived, they removed the old window, installed the new window, cleaned up, showed me how it functions, and were done in about an hour. I was so impressed with this company and the product, that I decided to replace sliding glass doors in our sun room, and am looking forward to their arrival soon. This is a really good company, highly efficient and professional, with excellent customer focus. I can confidently recommend them 100%.
