Zebra renovated my bathroom and replaced part of my kitchen worktop area and cooker. Their work is excellent and Dan Fisher who was my day to day contact was great to work with. We worked with Zebra on a residential project as well as an on-going residential project and they were/are brilliant. Communication was really good, and they are really diligent in their management of costs and time control.

The Zebra team carried out a total transformation to our house in Clapham. We dug a basement, added a rear extension and re-configured the entire house with a refurbishment to follow. We carried this work out during Covid times - Zebra communicated throughout, were hard working, honest and really good to work with. We are thrilled with the end result and the quality of the build. It was not a simple building project; we are aware of several challenges that had to be dealt with and are very grateful that they (in particular the directors) had the experience to deal with these. We continue to speak to them about smaller un-related jobs through their Renovate and Repair branch and have connected them with our friends too. We are very happy with Zebra and would work with them again.

I worked very closely alongside Zebra on the complete renovation of a two bedroom flat where I designed and supplied two new bathrooms, kitchen updates, flooring and finishings throughout. Dan was wonderful to work with, very responsive, friendly and a positive driving force in the completion of the project. I look forward to working with Zebra agin in the future.

Professional, quick and brilliant at communicating. We used Zebra for a project in Fulham and team was nothing short of excellent, they worked very hard to get the project finished on time and budget. They rapidly adapted to meet unexpected challenges.

Zebra have handled the extension and complete refurbishment of my Peckham house. The project has been managed extremely efficiently and on schedule. The service I have received from the team has been outstanding. I am very happy with the quality of workmanship. I was able to dispense with architect oversight and found that the Zebra team were able to come up with excellent practical suggestions both to improve design and to find cost effective solutions to aspects of the job. Based on my experience, I have no reservations in recommending their services

I am a remote landlord of a house in Battersea. The house needed: a new roof urgently, water damage repairs and some updates. I was not able to get hold of my previous roofer and all the other roofers were busy. A friend recommended Zebra Property Group. They were there the next day giving a quote and were able to start the following Monday. The quote was very competitive so I gave the go ahead. They created a WhatsApp group so I could get instant updates and provide feedback. When there was extra work required I was very happy with the price. They also advised me that the kitchen counter-top didn’t need to be replaced when replacing the hob saving me money. I have never worked with a more professional company. Thank you Andrew, Kenny and Trent for taking the stress out of being a remote landlord.

They delivered our extension + new bathroom + new windows front and back as well as the outdoor area not only on time but on budget. On top of this they were great at recommending bits and pieces that make the whole thing come together (like outdoor lights that have really transformed my ability to get to my shed in the depths of winter! Trent was our project manager and he was great. He set up a whatsapp group to keep us updated whilst we were away and was very on the ball with all of the snaggs.

Jamie's firm ZPG did a great job in converting our loft space into a new bedroom and bathroom - we're delighted with the end result. The service from initial consultation to snag fixing has been very high - Jamie is generous with his advice and comes across as really knowledgeable on all aspects of the project. The tradesmen engaged to do the work were all top notch, good at their jobs, courteous, tidy and friendly. Perhaps most importantly, when we encountered problems Jamie was quick to fix them and fair / transparent in terms of cost / time impact.

Very professional. Clear on all costs with close adherence to budget. We had a complicated job working on a very old house. Lots of unexpected complications arose and they were all handled smoothly with a maximum of communication. Would highly recommend Zebra property group.
