Home and Made did a fantastic job building my house especially with the challenge of coming in at 50% completed construction. Zane and Andrew always responded quickly to emails, texts and phone calls. Most importantly I always felt like they both CARED. My house is beautiful and well built, thanks to Home and Made.

I'm building a small house in Denton, Texas and trying to build with some of the same standards that Zane uses. I keep getting "Well we just don't do it that way" from most of the people I contact. Being at my wits end I turn on the "Build Show" and start to try to locate a way I could get in touch with Zane. Thinking to myself if by chance I do contact him being a celebrity and all he will probably blow me off. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Zane took the time to walk me through the problems I was having and even sent me specs to my problems. You can tell he is over the top knowledgeable about his craft. If you are in Georgia and looking at building a house.....This is your Guy! Thanks again Zane

Zane is what I would describe as a next-generation home builder in that he cares as much about performance and function as he does about form. Practically speaking, this means he is as detailed about the the building envelope, structural details, mechanicals, and plumbing as he is to the final finishes. He is uncompromising in his pursuit of quality and uses premium materials, products, tools, and processes and is always looking for ways to improve. He also holds his subs to very high standards. I'd also say the care he takes during construction is as if every house he builds is like his own. He is also honest and fair. My suggestion is to hire him while you can, before he’s just permanently booked.

I worked with Home & Made to build a guest house on our property. From initial consult/design all the way to completion, Zane was fantastic to work with. Incredibly knowledgeable about the science behind building construction. His focus on quality products, installed properly, and on budget is extremely rare in his industry. It became obvious to us during the project that we were getting a superior product that far exceeds the basic building requirements. I would highly recommend working with Home & Made Builders.

Zane is an amazing builder. If you are looking to build a home he is the guy for the job! He is very detailed and knowledgeable about the building process from start to finish, he cares about his clients from that start of the project and even once the project is complete. I messaged Mr. Goodwin recently about a house he had built because I had interest in building it and he happily sent me the blueprints and showed me al the pictures of the build they did to help me better decide the way I wanted to set up the house. I greatly appreciated his help especially the kindness to help another contractor out when questions were asked!

Zane is passionate about his work and it shows. Whether it's through his meticulous attention to detail or willingness to explain the ins and outs of your project as many times as it takes for you to understand it, there is no doubt that he is the kind of professional who is willing to go the extra mile for his customers and always do the right thing. Zane is knowledgeable about all things construction and a transparent communicator, which made us comfortable having him in charge of overseeing the crews and scheduling for our project. One of the reasons we felt comfortable undertaking a mammoth of a project (which included major crawl space + foundation + framing/structural work) was how at ease Zane put us through; from our first meeting to the end. I always appreciated how Zane always tried explaining things in simple/understandable terms for something that i can only imagine to be complicated to explain. Zane is a perfectionist and will not settle for anything less. There were times where i, as his client, was happy with things as-is but Zane thought his team could have done it better. He then subsequently corrected things without me asking him to. That tells you a lot about Zane's character and work ethic. I have no doubt in my mind who i'll reach out to for projects in the future!

Zane is the builder you want on your next renovation, he simply cares about every detail on and off the job site. I am tempted to ask Zane to sit down and play a game of chess, but I am concerned he will beat me, Zane is always three steps ahead. That is how I see his work, his job sites, his sub trades, he is always anticipating the next move, the next issue, the next solution. Zane is the the kind of builder other builders watch because he is always on site, working the changes, discussing details with cleints, handling suppliers and still manages to find time to share all of this on social media. Zane keep up the awesomeness.
