My husband and I have never been SO satisfied with an in-home project!! Yvonne and Reem worked diligently to have our Hunter Douglas window and patio door treatments ordered and installed in a very short period of time. They met our expectations... and then some!! Yvonne gave us excellent suggestions. They are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We had 2 Hunter Douglas shutters installed in the master bedroom, 1 shutter in the guest room, 1 shutter in our laundry room and 2 Hunter Douglas Vertiglide patio door treatments installed. It was a real pleasure working with Yvonne and Reem! They made it fun and we are very happy with the results!! We highly recommend their products and services and we look forward to our next projects this spring.

I was so lucky to find Yvonne and her team at Fantasia Interiors. I had been searching for local help for our second home in Fountain Hills. It started with a small repair for a Hunter Douglas blind and lead to new wood floors in our living room, along with a large area rug we had made with carpet we selected and then topped off with new drapes. Yvonne was timely, very competitive and a pleasure to work with, and it looks fabulous! As we continue to make updates, I will not hesitate to contact Yvonne.

Yvonne has worked with my family on a three projects over the last few years. Upon the client's declaration of vision, she has the ability to seamlessly adapt while bringing in ideas that compliment the foundational style, but encourage the client to take a bit of risk. This makes the project enjoyable and exciting. Her approach is measured, careful not to overwhelm the client by only bringing ideas and products into the conversation worth entertaining. I must note that Yvonne and her team are constantly on pace with design trends. In my specific project she balanced a soft contemporary space with traditional elements to create a photograph-worthy space, but wholly inviting and representative of me. She is equally adept at working within budgeting boundaries as without.

I have personally used Yvonne and Fantasia Interiors on several design projects and have referred her to many of my real estate clients. She has always done a fabulous job and highly recommend her. No doubt you will love her as much as we do.

We were very pleased with Jenn Kotz and would surely recommend her to our friends. She is professional and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated her willingness to help us decide which pieces of furniture we already owned could be reincorporated into our new space. We actually worked with her for several months, but the larger pieces of furniture were delivered in September just in time for a visit from some relatives. Jenn worked very hard to help us meet that "deadline".

Yvonne and her team made our dreams come true. Wow, where to begin... In an effort to save money, my wife and I decided to take the lead role in managing the remodel of our entire house. What could be so difficult, it’s just a bunch of smaller jobs strung together, right? Well, right out of the starting gate, we quickly became overwhelmed with styles/themes, contractors, timing, etc. Even the “little things” like selecting the right kitchen sink were turning into excruciating endeavors. Since the main demo portion of the remodel had already taken place, there was no turning back, but the path forward to completion was certainly unclear. Looking for options, by word of mouth, we heard about Yvonne and her team at Fantasia Interiors. Shortly into the initial meeting with Yvonne, we knew we found the right partner to assist us with completing a once in lifetime remodeling project. What a difference a professional organization makes – within one week we were well on our way with design options that matched both our tastes and budget. More importantly, Yvonne coordinated timing with multiple contractors and she and her team were onsite during the installs/upgrades to ensure all expectations were met. We were so impressed with Yvonne that we signed on for additional services including furniture and appliance selection. At the end, everything tied together beautifully and the entire house is a stunning piece of work - flooring to die for, clean/contemporary kitchen cabinets, lighting, appliances, doors, blinds, paint – the whole nine yards. We have future plans to build our first house and you can rest assured that Yvonne and the entire Fantasia Interior team will be on board with us from the get go.

I have used Fantasia Interiors on numerous projects the past two years. From window treatments and flooring to complete Bath upgrades. All were creatively imagined by Yvonne. From initial design all the way through construction she was there 100 percent! Highly recommend! A real class act!

Yvonne helped us with a project to remodel a laundry room , a 1/2 bath and some work in our kitchen. This involved granite, tile, paint, fixtures, backsplash, blinds and lighting. Yvonne was very professional and yet friendly and so accommodating. She was a good listener and did not push us into choices that we would not have been happy with. Actually, she showed us options that we really liked a lot and it made our choices easy for us. She knows her business well, is very up to date on things and explains everything in a very easy manner. We just returned to Yvonne for additional blinds in 2 bedrooms. We had been referred to Yvonne by another satisfied client and we have continued to recommend her to others as well. We will go back to Yvonne for any further work in our house. Thank you Yvonne.

Yvonne, Fantasia Interiors, is an excellent designer, with bright, young, fabulous and out of box designs. She has helped me with 2 bathrooms that are just beautiful. Now she is recreating my L/R space. A very difficult project because the space is challenging. She is totally in-tune with the client and I am constantly amazed that her suggestions are like clarifying my thoughts. She also works within budget and gets things done on time. Excellent on all counts.

I have worked with Yvonne at Fantasia Interiors since 2007--and it has been a wonderful experience for these 8 years. She has an incredible sense of design, a true eye for color and terrific ideas. She is so knowledge and is so innovative in her design. Plus the painters and carpenters and tile workers that she uses have all been so professional and did an exceptional job. We have replaced all of the flooring (tile, wood and carpet), remodeled 3 bathrooms, and redid the kitchen countertops and backsplash. In addition, several pieces of furniture were custom made for my home while others were recovered. The work was always on time and was completed within my budget. Yvonne was very careful to recommend materials and construction projects that met my budget. I would recommend Yvonne without hesitation and will continue to work with her on future projects. It has been an amazing experience and I get so many compliments on the beauty, character and unique design aspects of my home and needless to say, I love it.

Contemporary to adventurous, Yvonne has a unique vision and ability to coordinate projects within scope and budget. Her subcontractors are professional, punctual, and clean. What more could you ask for.
