We absolutely love our newly remodeled house in Delhi Township finished by YUPRS Inc. It was exactly what we were looking for in a great Cincinnati neighborhood. It has tons of character and charm with the perfect blend of modern and retro touches that you simply can't find in today's new homes. With new walls, paint and refinished wood floors, the inside of the house shines throughout and looks just like new. A completely remodeled wood burning fireplace mixes old and new with striking gray tile and stone finish. The fully finished basement was custom built to our specifications including a half bath. The architectural roof, stained wood railings, and custom fit entry doors make the outside of the house look fresh and inviting. Everything from the kitchen cabinets and spacious counter tops to the intricate tile work in the main bath makes our home the perfect place to unwind from a long day of work and school. We can't say enough about the professionalism of Tony and his crew and we will be recommending him to all of our friends and family. Thanks Tony!

We contacted Tony from YUPRS Inc. late on Saturday night after our hot water heater suddenly stopped working. Tony reassured us and made arrangements to come over early Sunday to personally solve our problem. Not only did he come promptly as he said he would, but he came with a brand new water heater to install! He saw to it that the defective water heater was removed promptly and took great care to not track any debris into or out of our apartment - he mopped and swept the entire apartment building staircase! He was knowledgable and diligent during the installation and got the job done extremely quickly. He was friendly, exceptional, and a pleasure to work with! We will definitely call him in a pinch again!
