Very professional and does excellent work. On time delivery and all their workers are wonderful to work with. It was a joy to have them in my house to remodel my kitchen and bathroom. I would us no one else.

I am writing to compliment one of your employees in Midland, Rebekah Stallings. I wanted to purchase a small amount of tile and she helped me at the store. There was some difficulty in getting the tile ordered because the size I wanted was not in the computer database. She worked on this issue for several days, kept in contact with me during the process, and eventually worked out the problem. Rebekah went above and beyond standard customer service and really worked hard to help me and resolve the issue. I am hoping to replace the carpet in my home in the near future, and the first call I make will be to Rebekah. Her dedication, helpfulness, and wonderful attitude make her a pleasure and joy to work with. She is outstanding!!

I've worked with Yates several times through the years, but this was my biggest project yet. Travis was my sales associate. He was professional, patient, fun, and never once told me that my ideas wouldn't work! He took to the challenge of "thinking out of the norm".

Building a home can be absolutely overwhelming. The Yates team made the flooring decisions on our new home anything but that. They were exceptional to work with. They were always prepared at meetings, they had innovative ideas and they listened to my own personal tastes and incorporated them. I love my house! Thanks Yates for doing an amazing job.

Scarlett is the Champion when it comes to new flooring. I have been doing all types of renovation since 1989 and I always send my clients to Scarlett at Yates Flooring. Thanks guys for so many happy clients through the years!!

My husband and I had a great experience with Yates. We worked with Travis and we were very fortunate to have his assistance. He came to our house and personally took measurements for tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. The tile installers did a fantastic job. Travis even came out to the house to look at the final job. When we do have future work done, we will be going through Yates and working with Travis again.

Yates flooring did a great job helping us install carpet in our church nursery room. Will Truby was great to work with. He help me measure and pick the perfect carpet. He was able to answer all of my questions concerning padding and options. I would highly recommend working with Will and Yates flooring to all my friends.

We have been doing business with Scarlet since 2008. She has helped us with rental properties as well as our own personal home needs. Because of Scarlet we wouldn't go anywhere but Yates! She always goes the extra mile for us and knows us so well at this point I would trust her to choose for us! I've never seen her without a smile on her face and she makes the experience enjoyable every time we do business with her!

Scarlet is our salesperson at Yates flooring in Lubbock. She has always provided excellent service !!! She has helped in finding the colors and products to make our flip houses and custom homes sell - easier and for more money!! THANKS Scarlet and Yates!!

Will Truby was our sales rep helping to pick carpet and tile for my 88 yr old mom after her carpet was ruined from a water burst. He even came to moms house to measure and determine best carpet and tile for her that day we walked into the store. He was so helpful and sincere to make sure things were right for my mom. Two months later moms carpet was ruined again by another water burst and Will again helped us which was comforting in our stressful situation.
