Our project manager at Wyanoke, Tony, was an absolute superstar throughout an extensive full-house gut reno of our 1899 home. He was patient, professional, incredibly communicative and funny. He made what could have been a grueling and stressful process so much smoother with his good humor and obvious skill. We're grateful to Daren and the whole team for how beautifully our house turned out and the consistent professionalism.

Wyanoke Builders did a gut renovation of a full bathroom for us. Our Bathroom was quite small so part of the reason we hired Wyanoke was because of Darren’s Expertise. We wanted someone who could not only do the work but also provide direction and recommendations as we weren’t quite sure what we wanted to do with the space. The results far exceeded what we expected and they even made the space bigger by reworking the design. I should mention we own a home built in the 1920s and they ensured the design still fit with the overall feel of the home. The entire team was great to work with as well. For us, we were concerned about all the people trekking into the house but they were all very professional. They are very organized and high tech which was perfect for us. This made communication easy. Especially since we were purchasing a lot of the furnishings on our own. Tony our PM was great to work with. He made the entire process painless and he was very respectful of our time. In the event there was an issue Tony wasted no time getting to the bottom of it and resolving the issue. All of the sub contractors brought in were a pleasure to work with as well and they took all the proper steps to ensure that any potential contaminants were properly disposed of, which was important being that my wife was pregnant. They also sent notes to our neighbors prior to kicking off the reno apologizing in advance for any noise which was a nice gesture. Lastly, Jessyca was very helpful in making design suggestions and all of her recommendations came out great. All in all we were very happy with the work and the experience and im sure we will be using them again in the future as we tackle more things on our list.

From design stages to the project's completion, I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, meticulous care given to detail, accurate and clear project management and their exceptional construction skills. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our home was left in a state in which only half of our renovation had been completed. In any profession, picking up where someone else 'left off' is a heavy task and is never a position we wanted to put anyone in. But Wyanoke stepped in as if this job had always been 'their own'. Their focus wasn't just finishing what hadn't been completed; rather they first assessed to make sure things didn't need to be redone. Our powder room renovation and Master bedroom closet expansion turned out great! They are extremely detailed oriented and pride themselves on things getting done the right way. They provided a certain ease that most companies don't give off hand, needless maintain throughout the process. This family company is built on integrity. They used their expertise to provide us with wise counsel about what is best for our home and honored our budget. They arrived on time each morning and worked diligently, not only to get the job done, but to make sure that they kept our home as clean and safe as possible during the process. The bottom line with this company is that we felt cared for; not because we were people paying for a service but because we were human beings and they were genuinely concerned about our well being and our satisfaction so that we continue to live in and love our home. We just finished a renovation of our kitchen with Wyanoke Builders and couldn't be happier. They listened to us from the very beginning, took every one of our suggestions into account while they designed the space, executed the plans in a timely manner, and left us with the most beautiful kitchen! We especially loved all the attention to detail they had. They kept us informed of every step and I found the whole process to be fairly stress-free. We're so pleased, we'll use them again for sure.

Wyanoke recently completed a full gut kitchen renovation for us. We knew from friends and family that major renovations are often difficult and frustrating, if not enraging. We were very nervous going into it, having heard many horror stories. However, we had the exact opposite experience with Wyanoke. From the first time we met them, they were thorough, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They listened closely and asked a lot of questions so they would really understand how we would be using the kitchen and what was important to us. We were back in our kitchen in about 7 and half weeks and had no real issues. They even set up a temporary kitchen for us in our laundry room so that we would not have to live on takeout and microwavable meals. Each day, we received an update on what was done and what would be done the next day with photos on the BuilderTrend app and they were always on site late in the day cleaning up and making sure the mess was confined to the sealed off area of the kitchen. They responded immediately to phone calls and text messages. We found the process of choosing fixtures, etc. overwhelming. They helped us as much as we wanted/needed and made it easy for us. On a personal note, they are delightful people and we have become friendly with them outside of the work they did for us. We even had them all over for drinks and appetizers recently to thank them and we have recommended them to everyone we know who wants to do any kind of renovation. Our young boys loved seeing them everyday and they were kind to them, and often brought cupcakes and treats for them. The boys still ask for them and tell us that they miss them. I highly recommend them for any project and we will use them again when we decide to do more work. They are a rare breed of contractor, and great people all around.

Daren and his team helped us create the luxe rustic spa master bathroom of our dreams! From the detailed initial proposal, through the photo check-ins, to the wrapping up all the final details, Wyanoke was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Although our space was small, they were able to incorporate all the things we wanted: radiant heat floor, a "hurricane" of shower options, a 6.5 foot custom double vanity with plenty of storage space, and a mirrored wall that created a feeling of spaciousness and zen. We chose Wyanoke primarily because of Daren's architecture and design expertise, but everyone who came to our home to work on the project was professional, friendly and skilled. We have hired Wyanoke for several projects and are very happy with the results. The team are great listeners and work very hard to present the best designs and materials. We got beautiful new hardwood floors over our deteriorated victorian floors, a new bathroom, laundry room, and deck, as well as many small related side projects. I trust them to be honest, fair, and to do a high quality job.

I am an interior designer who worked with Daren Rogers and the Wyanoke team on a project in Upper Montclair, NJ. The project included tile removal and tile work on a fireplace surround as well as electrical changes. Wyanoke was prompt, professional, detailed, and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be working with them again.

The Wyanoke Team designed and remodeled our kitchen over the Spring/Summer of 2015. We are new homeowners and knew very little about this process, but felt very comfortable because they explained everything to us in great, clear detail. We loved working with them and they really guided us through all the phases of the project. Their design team worked with us to create the model for a new kitchen and half bath, Daren and Brandon took us shopping for materials, and they constantly gave us advice. They installed a temporary kitchen in our living room, which helped the process go smoothly and was critical for us since we have two small children. They also did other electrical and drywall work throughout the house. We found them to be incredibly responsive. Most importantly, they stand behind their work. Thanks for a job well done!

We have had Wyanoke Builders do two major renovations for us: a kitchen and a totally restructured bathroom, adding a walk in shower. We love the rooms, but more importantly, we loved the efficient, clean, polite and cost controlled way that they were performed.
