My husband and I used William for over five years for everything from hanging large pictures to complete remodeling of bathrooms. He is a fine finish carpenter and is extremely meticulous and detailed oriented. The job isn't done until he and his client are satisfied. We moved out of the area and I only wish he would come across the country to our new home and help us here. You will not be unhappy if you hire him.

I have referred Lee Letchworth to a few clients who needed a handyman to remodel. They all said Lee got right back to them, gave a professional opinion and bid in a timely manner, and really enjoyed working with him. I have seen his tile work in his own home which he designed to be safe as well as attractive at the entryway. It looked and functioned better than the original entry. I was impressed with Lee's workmanship.

William Letchworth is a diligent worker who has a wide range of abilities, and excels at every task he performs. He has replaced windows and sliders, done complex plumbing and electrical work and created and built a beautiful deck and stairs for us. We recommend him highly. His work is perfection and he is a delight to work with. He is honest and fair.

hired to replace a 6 x 14 x 30 foot beam that was dry rotted on an elevate deck approx 30 foot high on down slope lot .required shoring up two 12 foot by 30 foot decks .adding a cement pier 8 feet deep by 16 inches with rebar . Require two chain fall hoists to bring beam into place ,anchor and repair decking that had to be removed .arranged transport of beam from Rinchmond harbor lumber t\o job site . Was quite a feat. Very happy ,had some really high quotes but Lee came through under 10k

I highly recommend this company. William did a great job of fixing our broken sink (under granite, which was not easy to get in there) and other fixes in the house. Really knowledgeable, trustworthy and affordable.
