I had seen Maxime's work before and I was impressed with the standard - I had high expectations. We met and discussed the options until we agreed on the plans. Various materials were discussed and Maxime took care of it all. Deliveries were on time and Maxime kept me up to date on any delays. Mainly the rain got in the way! I needed a new garden and Maxime ripped out the old astroturf, old decking and any dead plants and replaced with all new decking, paving slabs, a new fence and gravel. The finish look is a complete upgrade to the old garden, it's done to a very high standard and I have no problem in recommending Maxime.

Maxime carried out a complete remodelling of our garden. He did an excellent job, he took real care of everything he did and the result is outstanding. Maxime was very easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Max did an amazing job with our garden in North West London. It was a disaster before he started, and he managed to turn it into exactly what we wanted, coming up with a design based on our brief. The quote we got was very clear with everything listed out, and he was very honest. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. Things like cutting the tiny pieces of slab so the brick pattern on the patio continued. Fixing the path as it was mm out, even though I couldn't see it! Making great suggestions like to cover the drain in gravel so it wouldn't be seen. He spent ages with his multiple spirit levels, and string getting things just right. This led to an amazing finish. He was also amenable to us changing our mind and moving bits of the design like the stairs. He was really easy to work with and I'm looking forward to re-engaging with him next year to get the rest of our outside space done when I have a bit more budget! This is the first time I've used a Houzz professional rather than a personal recommendation for projects on my house, but in this case it was a risk that paid off!

We found Maxime on Houzz, and have been very happy with all the work he has done for us The brief was to design our garden (roughly 10mx8m) which we had to start from scratch following a building project on the main house. He's been great both at designing and delivering our garden. He replaced fencing, laid paths and flower beds, built a retaining wall and steps, as well as installed garden lights. This was our second project with Maxime. He helped us design and then built our new garden, including all new fences, patio, side decking, outdoor kitchen for the bbq, plant beds, and lawn. He also tore down the old shed and prepared the grounds for our new garden office. He had a lot of great ideas and helped us solve little problems as they arose. Maxime is very communicative and responsive. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend using Max and his team for all aspects of garden landscaping. We used him for paving, brickwork, rendering, fencing and outside carpentry. He is passionate about his work and excellent at getting everything in line, level and according to the brief. He also has good ideas and comes up with solutions to problems - no doubt this comes from years of experience. Where do I even start! We found Maxime via a local friend who’s garden Max did an amazing job with. Ours was a small unused concrete garden that hadn’t ever had any work. The finished job was nothing short of miraculous. It’s now our dream outdoor space. Transformed beyond recognition. Max and the entire team were efficient, reliable, trustworthy, communicated the entire way through, with very competitive costs. No additional surprise ‘extra’s’ thrown in (like we’ve had in the past!) The project finished before the due date which was a bonus. Max even came back to check on things, ever the perfectionist and it’s clear he has a passion for what he does with clear artistic visions and direction. We were the third garden on our street to ask Max to do our garden, and everyone was delighted that he was back. His work is excellent - he is a perfectionist. Maxime did an amazing job bringing our roof terrace to life! After 20 years in our present house, we’d spent the past couple of years updating and renovating, but the back garden was a big disappointment. The patio area was never really big enough for dining out comfortably, the whole garden had an annoying slope to it, and the grass had virtually disappeared despite returfing and regular seeding. We knew we needed a professional to step in, and friends recommended Maxime, who had performed a similar job on their garden. He arrived with lots of inspiring ideas about how we could improve things, obtained samples of the paving we could use and talked to us about what choices we might make. In just a couple of weeks, he has genuinely transformed our garden. He has all but eliminated the slope and it feels like having an extra room. The porcelain paving, edged with granite setts, is stunning, and along with a newly constructed slatted fence, has given it a truly Mediterranean feel. We are already spending much more time out there, even at night, and it has become somewhere we can’t wait to get back to, rather than somewhere to avoid or ignore. We think that our back garden is now as good as it can be, and we could never have done it without Maxime’s intelligent direction.

Our garden was very overgrown and had uneven decking and a tired looking brick wall around it. Maxime created a design that made the garden look clean, modern and also maximised the small space. He was able to start the work very quickly and it was completed in very good time. All the workers were super nice, hard working and just very good at what they did. They levelled out the ground, added a cedar fence, new decking and a flower bed with a built-in cedar bench. All this was built using high quality materials. Maxime arranged an electrician (to install electricity for an outdoor sauna & lights) and a gardener (to add some plants to the garden once completed). He also very kindly suggested some furniture options. The whole project was very well managed by him, and it was completed with minimal distruption. The price charged was very competitive. I was recommended World Land Design by a friend who was very happy with the work that Maxime did for him, and I would now highly recommend him to anyone else who needs their garden re-doing.

Max did a really fantastic job of transforming our garden and we could not have been happier with the final outcome. Max and his team did a great job in my garden! It went from a dark, neglected back garden jungle, to a light, open welcoming space. We had to do a lot of hard landscaping, where Max built a beautiful bespoke cedar fencing and completed the job with sandstone walking pathway and floor. It was really a pleasure to work with him and his team, and we are definitely happy with the final results.

Max did a great job building a new bespoke shed to my specification and constructing a large trellis. He had good ideas re design. The work is of a high quality and he took a lot of trouble over details, with a great sense of pride in the result. He is reliable, professional and a pleasant guy to have around.
