Adrian and his team recently completed a project for us involving refinishing several room of pre-existing hardwood floors, and adding new flooring in several additional rooms to match. They did a superb job. All aspects of the work, from the initial estimate to the final cleanup, was handled with professionalism and attention to every detail. We were thrilled with the results. We would certainly give them the highest possible recommendation.

Adrian and his crew did another fantastic job. After putting beautiful hardwoods in all my bedrooms about a year ago, we had Adrian and his team back to redo our stairs. We couldn't be more pleased with results. The stairs, the landing, posts and spindles were all redone and/or replaced - and there is nothing we would change. We especially appreciated the attention to detail to ensure a quality job. The crew was always respectful of our home and worked very expeditiously to finish the job and minimize disruptions. Highly Highly recommend.

I contacted M Craft, among other flooring experts, to submit a bid to refinish 1000 sq ft of walnut that was in need of help. Of course, since the pandemic, all good flooring companies are incredibly busy. Despite the owner, Adrian, being incredibly busy, he came out personally for an estimate and tried to work with our schedule. He gets 5 stars for his customer service because he went above and beyond in checking on our satisfaction and making sure the quality met our standards. He gets 5 stars for the quality as well. Many people have seen the floors and commented on the work. If you want a flooring guy who cares about each job (eg, you aren't just another person with a checkbook) and about your personal satisfaction, this is your company. You won't be disappointed (and that's what he told me - he was right).

If you are looking for the ABSOLUTE BEST experience, look no further!! Adrian and his son are a family business and have been installing and refinishing floors for many, many years. I called Adrian because of all the positive on-line reviews and I was not disappointed - he lived up to expectations on all counts. I am a very picky person and have high standards, and Adrian exceeded expectations in every way. He takes great pride in his work and it shows!! Furthermore, Adrian genuinely wants the customer to be happy. From the first contact, Adrian is exceptionally responsive and honest and client-centered in every interaction. He explained the process at our first meeting, and took time every day to let me know how things were progressing and what to expect the next day. He and his son installed new hardwood floors in 3 bedrooms (ranch home) and matched them up to existing wood floors in the rest of the house (where he refinished the floors). The work was impeccable!!! He recommended the perfect stain and finish because he really listened to what I wanted. He was patient with me and an absolute delight to work with every step of the way. We have already recommended him to friends and are already planning to have him back to refinish our railing and install new iron posts.

Look no further for your flooring contractor. M Craft is the one you want. We had our wood floors refinished in four bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, and two hallways. Most of our floors were 50+ years old and one was 25+ years old. They look brand new now. Adrian is the owner of the company and works with his sons and other employees. He was very professional, always returning calls/texts and the crew showed up on time every day until the project was completed. He communicated well as the project progressed and happily answered our questions. His prices were very fair, and they used high-quality tools and equipment, which left remarkably little to no dust in the house. They were very respectful of our home, protected adjacent areas with blankets and plastic, and they did a nice job cleaning up and vacuuming at the end of each day. They were very meticulous in their work and went above and beyond to repair the wear and tear on the floors and even carefully moved furniture and appliances. Adrian worked with us to find the right stain colors and select the final finish, even staining a section of the floor with different colors so we could choose the one we liked best. They used a water-based stain and three topcoats, which resulted in very little fumes and odors. We were able to gently walk on the floors (socks only) after 3-4 hours. We have zero reservations in recommending M Craft to our family and friends.

M Craft’s quote was one of the higher priced quotes among the four I had. However, it stood out and eventually led to a signed contract due to a couple of reasons. Adrian replied my request on Angie’s List promptly and scheduled the work at my convenience. He followed up with me and expressed his enthusiasm for providing the services. He explained in detail about why (because he uses the best quality of materials) and how (because his team members with years of skillful experiences and dedications) his quote was justified and he will not jeopardize the quality of his work with a lower quote just to win over business. Well, I heard him with some concerns (because he sounded just like typical businessmen) but was persuaded by all the strong and positive testimonies. Adrian and his team showed up with two truckloads of equipment and supplies demonstrating professionalism and efficiency. They were punctual everyday as they promised and worked promptly and collaboratively. I later found out that he runs a family business with the help from two of his grownup sons. Unsurprisingly, I am extremely pleased with the floor refinishing they did for me since they are truly professional (knowledge, workmanship, efficiency, etc. just like what is said in the reviews). What strikes me the most is the way he raised his sons by showing them to be true to themselves, honest, happy etc., which are foundational for running a successful, long-lasting business. His sons learned from their boss/father to be as hard working and detail-oriented, never settling for second-best quality of work. They are worth every penny (even though they are not cheap). The flooring is beautiful and perfect in every way.

Had our first-floor hardwoods refinished along with stair railings and posts. Adrian and team were absolutely the best - so accommodating, professional and most importantly their craftsmanship was terrific. Attention to detail, organization, cleanliness and punctuality were spot on; completely reliable and dependable. Would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends. They may be a bit more expensive, but worth every penny. Thanks again Adrian and crew!

I had hardwood floors installed and I could not be more pleased by the work done by Adrian and his team at M Craft. The floors look beautiful and the whole experience from start to end exceeded my expectations. Adrian was extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the install and he and his team were on time, thorough, hard working and they cleaned up everything beautifully. Their quote for completing the project was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone for their flooring needs. It restores my faith that there are good, honest contractors still around!

We hired M Craft for kitchen floor refinishing work. We are very happy with the final outcome. We met with Adrian for initial quote when he clearly explained the process, product options and the cost. He justified his recommendation and the costs satisfactorily. The work was started on the date we agreed. The work was performed using the exact process Adrian had explained during the initial meeting. The crew was very professional. Adrian was present most of the time with his crew. There was no mess while the work was ongoing for a week. Adrian brought color samples on the first day where the samples were small wood samples. Once we short-listed 3 colors Adrian brought a larger board prepared with those colors so that we can have a better idea from larger sample placed on the floor in various spots. He was very patient with the color selection process to ensure we were happy with our selection. Every night Adrian would leave with clear instructions for us to avoid damaging the work in-progress. From communication standpoint, he was just a text-message or phone-call away if we needed to talk to him. Overall a job well done, and would hire Adrian and his company M Craft again in the future.

Adrian and his crew arrived on time and were very courteous throughout the time they were in my home. I was amazed at how little dust came from their machines. They took care in moving my refrigerator and other large furniture both prior to and after the job was completed. My floors look brand new! I highly recommend MCraft, Adrian and his crew.

I had a red oak hardwood floor installed and stained in place. Adrian explained the whole process. Adrian had his sons worked diligently and with care. They go above and beyond. They are true craftsman. The quality of work is self evident. He explained how to care for my new floors. My floor is truly beautiful thanks to Adrain and his sons. I highly recommend them.
