Woodcraft Furniture

I have used Woodcraft's furniture on several projects now, and I couldn't be more pleased. My clients are so happy with their new pieces and I know they will be enjoyed for years to come. Being the granddaughter of a prominent furniture manufacturer, was intent on finding excellent quality in furniture for my clients. My search was over when I discovered Woodcraft. On a chat with the owner I discovered that some of the equipment from my grandfather's factory had been purchased by Woodcraft and is still in use. My grandfather would be proud and honoured to see the tradition his family started in fine furniture making in Ontario is still being continued by wonderful companies like Woodcraft. I will be back!

oliver was fantastic in guiding us through the design and production of our new dining room set. he was instrumental in helping us achieve a perfect balance between contemporary and classic solid wood dining room set for our newly renovated home. We bought a dining room table through Woodcraft. After extensive research with other companies/stores, we were very happy with a table we found at Woodcraft in terms of design and value. We communicated with Oliver over email with respect to questions about our desired table and to complete the purchase. He was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and timely in his responses. The item was delivered in great condition and in the anticipated time frame. We wanted a unique and modern table similar to one we found in an Italian manufacturer’s catalogue. Woodcraft created a custom design and size for us and then made the table. Their eagerness and ability made the process easy and quick and the finished product is fantastic. We’d work with them again without hesitation.

I found Woodcraft Furniture will researching new companies for 2 clients that needed dining room tables. Both projects were different but needed flexibility with sizing. First off Oliver was so easy to work with and second so was the whole team. Woodcraft is one of the few companies in today's world that still values a client and customer service. Both tables were delivered in mint condition and both clients were extremely happy with the end results. Oliver provides quick turn around for answering questions and even provided a reasonable expedited service for a project that had a tight deadline. Woodcraft built a custom table and chairs for us. They were very professional from start to finish. They sent us photos of the project every step of the way. The quality is superb. We will definitely work with them again.

Working with Woodcraft Furniture, a company that is based Markham Canada was a great experience. The staff were all responsive to my many detailed questions, they were timely and accurate in all ways. I ordered, sight unseen, a custom dining room table; they sent wood samples and stain samples multiple times and worked with me to get the exact color we wanted. I ordered a Broadview custom dining room table 48" x 96" with two 16" extensions so I can comfortably seat 12 people at this table when needed. The wood is solid and I have already received many compliments on the table and how well made it is for this scale of size. I live in California and ordered this on line after many pictures and discussions with Woodcraft, I have only ordered furniture for our homes from San Francisco or Seattle design centers; I have never ordered on-line before or sight unseen and I have to say I was extremely pleased with the outcome, the service and the accuracy.
