We had a major bathroom project - installed a steam shower with all the bells and whistles (three shower heads and electronic controls.) We worked with Brandi at the Aurora IL location and she was AMAZING! I cannot overstate how helpful she was. We had done a bunch of research online but still had a lot of questions. Brandi was able to answer all of our questions and help pick the perfect equipment for our needs. We were able to see all of the equipment in the show room and see it work in the functioning demo. We had some special needs and were able to work around them with special orders. Brandi was very knowledgeable about specific components. We were actually able to mix parts from a couple different manufacturers. Something we wouldn't have done if we were on our own. That was great because we couldn't find one manufacturer that had everything we wanted. She knew which parts could be interchanged and which could not. With regards to pricing, we found them to be competitive. In summary, it was a true pleasure working with Brandi and Aquae Sulis/WM F Meyer. I look forward to our next project with them.

I am a team member for a remodeling contractor in Naperville, Illinois. Aquae Sulis has been our go to place for plumbing fixtures for many years. We have a fantastic relationship with Brandi in the Aurora store. We can always count on her to take care of every client we send her way! Not only is Brandi knowledgeable on all of the brands they offer, she is conscious of our clients' budgets. She will always steer them towards fixtures in their budget range, unless of course there is something they see that they absolutely have to have. She makes my job so much easier because I never have to worry about receiving an incomplete fixture package or worry about having to have that awkward conversation about going over budget. We recently remodeled both our bathrooms, kitchen and living room areas between November 2016 and May 2017. We had some idea as to what we wanted, but no clue as to what was available today since it had been years since we had done anything. Diane Zerbe, our Aquae Sulis consultant, went out of her way to show us numerous options for both bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Her patience and professionalism with a bunch of novices was beyond outstanding. As a result, we couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend Diane and Aquae Sulis to anyone. The WM F Meyer Co. should be proud to have such an exemplary representative as Diane.

We have worked with Laurie Fisher at Aquae Sulis for many years now on all different size projects. She is a wealth of knowledge and has done a great job helping us stay in budget while suggesting products that are in trend. She is very responsive and helps us find solutions to challenges. I have worked with Laurie form Aquae Sulis for many years. Working with Laurie makes the plumbing selection process very easy as she is extremely knowledgeable. I also appreciate the fact that once I have finished selecting all of the pretty faucets and fixtures that I need for a project, she does all of the work to include the valves and other parts to ensure that the plumber has all of the correct parts. Also, because the Aquae Sulis showroom is part of the Wm. F. Meyer family of stores, I find that many of the valves that may be needed right away tend to be in stock. I am very please with my relationship with Aquae Sulis and Wm. F. Meyer, and it makes my life as an interior designer easier to work with such a professional company.

Laurie is the most knowledgeable plumbing salesperson with whom I have ever worked! As a building and design professional, I order a lot of plumbing fixtures for my clients. Laurie has so much experience AND expertise with just about all of the plumbing manufacturers represented at Meyer. My clients trust her explanations of all of the choices of shower systems, tubs, faucets and toilets (which can all be so overwhelming). She breaks it down so sensibly as to each manufacturer 's strengths, pricing and choices. Laurie has so instilled my complete confidence in buying from Meyer, that i will never look anywhere else again for plumbing fixtures...why would I? She knows her stuff and the support staff is friendly, accurate and always helpful.
