We used Bill to help us redesign interiors of our home. At the time he was helpful. At the end of our last project we spoke with him over plans to build a three season room onto our home. We gave him a deposit, the existing Blue prints to our home and this time he took our topography prints. It has been on going leaving messages, emails and voicemails. I have even had conversations with him. Yet, we still have not left ground zero. Over the past one and half years he will not answer his phone or return our calls or emails. I have left him messages asking to pick up our prints. I would like to move on with our project. Unfortunately, he has been very unprofessional. In the end we will have to pay for an architect to come out and probably another surveyor for the project to begin.

We have dealt with Bill on several projects over the years and have always been pleased with his design ideas and attention to detail. He has helped us with all different types of projects ranging from glamorous custom homes, remodels, and additions. I would strongly encourage anyone to use Bill for their architectural and design needs.
