Wisteria

As a interior designer I can attest that this is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY it is borderline fraudulent. Their customer service is non existent their quality is terrible. I could not give them a worse rating and I deal with design companies all the time.

I would not recommend Wisteria. The quality of the furniture is poor. You will pay high shipping fees to return the item. Their customer service department is not friendly or understanding.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. It took 45 days from placing an order (3/13) to its delivery (4/25) and it was a damaged product. The marble top of the coffee table was shattered. The product was also out of stock by the time it was delivered to us, so they were not able to replace it. They offered a refund and a 25% discount a similar product, but the most similar product was now 2x the price. There customer service was not able to replace the product or go above and beyond to resolve the issue.

Worst customer service EVER!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this company entirely. I ordered 4 items, was overcharged for shipping vs. the cart estimate by 4x ($98 vs. $24), tried to cancel the order, but the thing is they NEVER answer the phone in the customer service department. NEVER! You have to call the sales department to get a human and all they do is send your message along to CS, who never gets back to you. It is beyond ridiculous. Anyway, the items arrived...3 of the 4 were broken. So, in addition to being overcharged I now have broken items and they won't get back to me to give me a return label or issue a refund. I have called or emailed 12 times over 2 weeks and never heard back. This company will be out of business soon. And they should be. Caveat emptor...buyer beware!

The customer service is very robotic and will not take unopened product after 30 days so be sure to follow the rules.

What more can I say about such a wonderful company related to all things design? With five children and a daughter-in-law who utilizes Wisteria quite regularly for her interior design consulting, I have never been unimpressed by what it has to offer. I would recommend the company to numerous individuals around the metroplex in need of design and decoration inspiration. They are never short of lovely pieces that are suitable for many different homes.

We have been working with Wisteria furnishings for years now and love the quality of all of their items. Their customer service is impeccable. For their professionalism and exceptional quality of design, they have our loyalty.
