Hello! I'm Susan, Owner, Upholsterer, and Maker at WingBack. My mission is to restore the art of upholstery! Through completing projects in my studio, to providing the supplies, tools, fabric and know-how to help those interested in the world of renovating and transforming home decor, family heirlooms or up-cycling a tired furniture piece to something wonderful! Statement furniture, accent chairs, throw pillows, professional custom made and bespoke projects in a variety of interior design styles and finishes from mid-century modern, antique vintage, to modern and contemporary. Susan was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I knew nothing about reupholstering furniture when I started the lessons and my sewing skills were very basic. After a half dozen lessons working on 2 different projects, I had the knowledge and confidence to continue many other projects on my own.

Sue W. does such beautiful work. I've had the pleasure of seeing many of her pieces through different stages of the upholstery process. The amount of detail and attention she places on her work is jncredible. She was able to re-upholster a foot rest with a coffee roasting bag for my coffee shop/bakery. It is absolutely beautiful and many customers comment on how perfect it is!!!

I had a black leather couch with serious wear on the edges of the cushions. Wingback helped me choose a contrasting color to update my couch then reupholstered my cushions. They also made 3 pillows out of the new fabric using the discarded leather as pillow backs. They were done in a few days and their pricing was great. The couch looked very different and I have gotten many compliments. I was so pleased that I am taking wooden chairs to them to recover the seats.They were very professional and helpful..

コメント：What is the cushion and chair construction?The cushion is a 5" medium density foam with dacron cushion wrap to give a nice crown finish - The chair is a wood construction frame. I have additional photos if you would like. Susan Weimann
