Absolutely worst experience i have ever had with any contractor. first it is over a year and the project is not done. The wood is falling off the unit leaks and the sound is so loud it feels like you are at an airport. the unit has also shut down over 4 times. each time when they sent out a tech the problem would be resolved for a few days then immediately shut down. repeated phone calls are met with a response of we are trying to figure out how to remedy. sent an email over a week ago showing the wood falling down and the unit leaking only to hear radio silence from the company. they advertise themselves as a high end company, and charge as one, but to date this has been the worst project i have ever had done. i would not use this company under any circumstance as they have proven to be unreliable and incompetent.

Good afternoon,
I apologize that this is the experience you are having. We certainly do not intend any of our projects to have issues or problems. We of course are aware which job this is and we have been in communication with you throughout this entire process as we work through the fix and refrigeration swap out as needed (including this week). We take what we do very seriously and will always do what is needed to correct any issue or problem that we may incur, as we are doing with yours. As we noted in our communication earlier this week we are expecting the new replacement refrigeration unit to arrive early next week and we will be able to forward the formal plan of execution of the refrigeration replacement and replace any items that were effected by the old refrigeration unit. This will be rectified, and we are not going anywhere until you have your room running the way as intended and you are satisfied. That has been the commitment we have extended in all communications.
I, as the owner, have been in direct personal communication with you, you have had my direct cell number and we have been communicating after hours and weekends in an effort to keep lines of communication open as we work through this and get all items of concern addressed and attended to.

Jake and his team take care of us and our clients, and are an extension of the 5 star experience we strive for and expect from our trade partners. This project entailed an enclosing of a patio off the dining room of my home. The enclosing of the addition was done by the original General Contractor who built my home. The design, HVAC, manufacturing and installation of all cabinetry was done by my friends at Wine Cellar International. As with the smaller wine room in my home the work was done by WCI collaboratively with my GC and designer and the team did an amazing job. My wine room is a one of a kind that couldn't have been done without the knowledge, skills and imagination of the team at Wine Cellar International. It is truly a work of art and a centerpiece to my home. Thanks!!

Wine Cellar International is one of our favorite cellar designers to work with. Jake has built numerous cellars using VintageView products throughout South Florida. The results are stunning. He knows how to create eye-catching displays and builds them with the proper installation and climate features to keep valuable wine collections safe.
