Very knowledgeable. Installed window treatments in four rooms.. Took time to recommend me with choices of fabrics and design. When job was completed, am very satisfied. Also very personable, and pleasant.

Our master bedroom FINALLY looks finished. Teresa is right, the details make all the difference. She helped me focus my vision and brought it to life. Windows Etc. was very easy to work with and the finished products are high quality. Custom drapery and pillows make all the difference - highly recommend!

Our experience from setting meeting times, reviewing many samples that were provided to install was amazing. The finished window treatment that is on display in our main entrance/dining area is just what we wanted and more. Great job and we will keep coming back in the future!

I would highly recommend Theresa to anyone interested in window coverings. She was professional and extremely helpful. I am not very good at visualizing and Theresa with her patience, experience and guidance did an excellent job in helping me do this. The process was painless and was completed in a timely manner. Teresa helped me on many projects in a home I bought several years ago. When it came time to sell my home, the window dressings were so beautiful that prospective buyers inquired if they could purchase the draperies as well. I couldn't part with them and decided to bring them along with to my new home. Teresa was wonderful....she came to my new home, helped decide where to put the draperies and helped cut them to fit the new windows. She is professional, personable and her work is impeccable. I used Windows Etc. for drapery services in 2001 for the first time, and have used the company many times since then, most recently this spring of 2017 to update the look of my kitchen and family room. I never even consider contacting any other drapery company for services because Windows Etc, Inc delivers an updated, quality product for a reasonable price. The owner is very easy to work with, is prompt with her replies, and makes free house calls. And having numerous fabric and trim books to offer for browsing makes shopping for choices easy! I highly recommend Windows Etc., Inc. for all your custom drapery needs!
