Highly concerned about this company. Do NOT use this company. The sales rep wanted to do the 'song and dance' on the sales pitch and wasted my time when I kept telling him I knew and saw this before. Finally, we agreed on a style, price and signed all the documents. A week later two people showed up to 'measure' and they were not professional or seemed to have more than an 8th-grade knowledge of words. One even smelled like he had not washed in weeks either. 16 weeks have passed, no one has contacted me, and when I call I get a disconnected number. searching google I found a different number and called that. I was told they would 'return my call with a status that day'. No one did. I repeated this several times with the same answer, "we will call you back". Now checking the website, there are dead links and it has not been updated for almost 2 years. I contacted them and told them to cancel the contract. My 3 month wait was still in 'sales' dept and they were too busy to talk to me

My name is Steve I’ve called several several times An can’t even get a phone call back ordered windows about 91/2 weeks ago I call An the folks answering the phone are unprofessional like they send me to customer service An I leave a message An that is several times I did get one phone call back on Friday they said they would call me on Monday it is now Tuesday An no phone call I picked this company because of the reputation it had on their reviews thank God I did not give any money up front An I I had a couple more jobs for them to look at if I do not hear anything really soon I’ll start telling people not to use this company tell them how I was treated they even came out An measured my windows twice
