We are very pleased with the service we receive from Wilson Brothers..they service both our heating system and our central air conditioning. The technicians are always very pleasant and professional with all our interaction with them. Always very knowledgeable of the service they are performing. Today Jeremy serviced our heating system before the cold weather arrives. He was excellent and very professional in all he did. You could tell he loves his job, which is so important. Thank you very much!

Tuned up mini splits, very thorough and courteous. Arrived on time and completed tasks in an hour. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way.

Very pleased with the work Wilson brothers provides. We have had them install 2 new heating systems for us and one for my daughters house. I highly would recommend them. There service is above and beyond from everyone at Wilson brothers.

I have been a customer of Wilson Brother's for the last 5+ years and always find their technicians professional and experts at heating and air conditioning issues. We had an emergency last night with no heat and it was 10 degrees outside. The technician attempted to have us fix the problem ourselves by patiently talking to us over the phone while we tried to prime and restart our furnace (it didn't work). The technician arrived within an hour of the emergency call and fixed the issue (an electrical issue). I also appreciate that each technician that comes to my home takes the time to explain each problem in terms that I can understand and how they will repair it. I would never use anyone else!

Wilson Brothers is very responsive. I have an unusual furnace and they go out of their way to order the filters, etc. needed to clean it so they can do a thorough cleaning. I also am an automated oil delivery customer. I no longer have to worry, they make sure that I never run out of oil and my furnace is running efficiently.

Exceptional service during an emergency service call, gives me peace of mind knowing Wilson brothers will be there when I need them. Professional and courteous service technician was outstanding during my recent service and answered all my questions plus gave me options going forward which he went above and beyond my expectations.
