We are looking for new bathroom fixtures and vanity for an up coming remodeling project.. Very nice store with beautiful displays and lots of working fixtures so you can see how the water pressure and spray pattern. They were very helpful and gave us a price quote while we waited. We are still looking around but will probably go back to make our purchase.

It was nice to see some full kitchen examples in the showroom. Melissa (designer) setup meetings that were convenient to me. We walked through all the details and when the kitchen arrived for installation it looked exactly like what we planned.

Laura McCranner at Williams Studio was great to work with in developing the design of our kitchen renovation. She was very knowledgeable about the projects, fleshed out our initial design ideas to create a functional layout and worked well with out budget. She also hooked us up with a very good contractor and a good source for our flooring and backsplash.

My husband and I recently moved to the Grand Rapids area after purchasing a home built in the 1990's. Laura at Williams Kitchen and Bath worked with us to redesign a half bath as well as our kitchen. She was very knowledgable and experienced, a great designer who worked within our budget, and was extremely personable and professional. Her patience with us at the many meetings we had was evidenced by her creative ideas and solutions that were offered. We could not have asked for a better experience and are so thankful to have found Williams, and Laura. Bravo!

My husband and I completed a full kitchen and bath remodel in our home in Grand Rapids. I worked with Susan Addicott at the Kentwood location and she was a rock star for us! Not only is Susan experienced, knowledgeable and detail-oriented, she is also responsive and goes above and beyond the duties of a salesperson. Susan worked closely with me on designing our kitchen, and she came to our house multiple times to ensure measurements were accurate. She accompanied me to tile and granite showrooms and made sure I ordered all the things that are easy to forget when you are focused on the big picture. Susan attended to my many phone calls and emails over the course of several months, and when we had some issues (such as our granite countertop being cut wrong), Susan personally made sure that the issues were resolved. After working with a whole host of tradesmen and salespeople in this process, I speak from experience when I say that Susan is a real gem in this industry.
