Williams Drake is a third generation construction company that has been building and remodeling homes in Dallas and the Metroplex since the 1940’s. It is in our DNA. We are passionate about building and renovating homes with quality, integrity and professionalism to meet and exceed our client’s expectations. The principals in the company are Justin and Ross Williams. They have been involved in the construction business since youth. They bring many years of experience to the company with a passion for building that has been in the family for generations. Both of the principals contribute a unique set of skills to the company. Justin is passionate about building design and technology. Ross is just as passionate about integrating innovative and creative construction techniques with the families’ traditional construction values. If you want well considered, high quality, timely results- on budget- Williams Drake is the firm to choose. Their focus on professional processes shows in their workmanship, which is unparalleled in the DFW market. If I were building a home in Dallas, they would be my preferred builder- and I am a professional builder. I would endorse Justin, and the Williams-Drake team as the "Builders-Builder". This is, perhaps, the highest of accolades, fairly given to this professional firm.

I have been a business consult in the construction industry for over 30 years. In all that time I rarely come across a contractor with as much enthusiasm for his craft as Justin. He works well with architects and is really a team player. He is well aware of the value of relationship and treats everybody on the team including home owner with great respect. Justin and his brother have a long history and are well connected in Dallas. I strongly recommend his company to any architect or homeowner who wants a strong team to build there project.

Williams Drake (WD) transformed a bathroom and created a spacious office in two months. From the outset, we were impressed with the way WD methodically and clearly identified our needs and priorities from all aspects of the project including design and space functionality, construction timeline and detailed budget estimates. WD's creativity, proactive communication, responsiveness to requests and high quality sub-contractors were immediately impressive. Clear, frequent communication throughout the project kept expectations and schedules aligned. As homeowners who've designed and built a house and undertaken two significant home renovation projects, we have never had such a positive experience with contractors as we did with Williams Drake. I have used Williams Drake on many different jobs around my home and I am very glad I did. The team showed up on time every day as they said they would, they paid attention to the details and they cleaned up after themselves, both during the job and after completion. I am very impressed with their workmanship and will definitely use them if I remodel another room.

I hired Williams Drake for a complete kitchen and master bath remodel. They also provided design services before the construction began. The remodel was completed to the highest level of quality and will absolutely use Williams Drake for my next project.

The Williams Drake team was really great throughout the entire project and well after its conclusion. They were extremely professional and very detail oriented. From a communication standpoint, they always answered our calls and made sure we were always informed about what was planned on any given day and what we should expect in terms of time and cost. Williams Drake was quick to address issues that inevitably crept up during the project, including going above and beyond the call to remedy an issue we had with our custom cabinets. They managed all of this while dealing with two strong personalities on our side who didn't always agree on everything. We will absolutely hire Williams Drake again, hopefully sooner rather than later. Thank you Ross, Justin, Marissa and the rest of the Williams Drake team!
