プロフィール

We provide custom residential and commercial design in the State of Arizona. Our design company specializes in residential architecture that imparts a sense of place and embodies the spirit of yourself and your site. We are known for fine hillside design and fitting a new building into a remote site or an urban context. Our building design is rooted in what's best for the arid southwest and our challenging desert environment. We call this regional southwest design. We seek sustainability by understanding the exactness of solar orientation and our climate characteristics. Some of the energy design tools we use include passive and active solar gain, passive cooling, radiant slab heating, thermal massing, daylight design, and highly insulated wall and roof systems.

I have been a custom home builder for more than 26 years and I have had the pleasure of building at least a half dozen of Bill's designs of residential homes. I most appreciated the clarity and thoroughness of his plans, they were easy to follow and for any questions that I had he was always available for the answers. My (and his) clients are very happy with the results and from the reports from those clients they were very happy to deal with him in the design phase

Very competent, knowledgeable, professional, and fair. Hired WLFA Associates to provide architectural drawings and specifications to submit for the County's approval and as a guide for construction. WLFA did an outstanding job.

Hired Bill (WLFA) to perform tenant improvements on commercial property in years past and lately the installation of a radio communications tower on a commercial property and work was performed on schedule and fees were affordable. Easy to get permits with plans at city permitting department.

We hired WFLA Associates upon the recommendation of our chosen builder. Bill Ford was very easy to work with, and patient answering a multitude of questions from these first-time novice home builders. For more than a year, we enjoyed a great professional relationship with Bill Ford, WLFA Associates. He was hired to design, and submit, a Development Package in order to change the use of our building and property. During his involvement, he successfully adjusted plans to accommodate the needs of the Downtown Links Roadway and other requirements specific to our project. Additionally, he was instrumental with coordinating resolutions to problems with city staff in ancillary departments. His listening skills, his commitment to addressing the needs of his clients, and his diligence and follow-through are commendable attributes.

We've worked with Bill on three separate projects and in each case he provided great guidance, professionalsim and displayed both an ability to listen to our needs and to communicate quite well with us and other people involved in our projects. He is creative, practical, detail-oriented and diligent in meeting time and financial commitments. We highly recommend him.

コメント：What is the color of staining on concrete slab .It is a light earth toned tan. Concrete coloring admixes may be limited to stock colors particular with each manufacturer and subject to local availability. I don't recall the exact admix and colo...
