Poor quality / shoddy workmanship / total lack of professionalism / failure to repair and remediate damage. 12 days ago, we had a catastrophic failure and collapse of a metal roof awning. After the 850 pound structure collapsed on our car and ripped a hole in our home, we discovered that it was constructed and attached without any bolts - they used only a nail gun. Now they are pointing fingers at subs while we are stuck dealing with the damages and trying to get our home and car repaired. I have never experienced such a lack of accountability and common decency.
