W.H. Demmons is a Design-Build-Maintain engineering firm focused on reducing your energy costs through proven innovative engineering, design and installation. W.H. Demmons is comprised of three sub-companies: Maine Air Conditioning, Demmons Roofing and Demmons Geothermal. W. H. Demmons began in 1914 with the creation of Demmons Roofing, which has been installing quality commercial roofs ever since, including Duro-Last White Roofs. Since then, W.H. Demmons has been the forerunner in design and build geothermal construction in New England, having completed numerous geothermal projects such as office buildings, banks, inns, halls and class facilities. Portland Sheet Metal, another facet of W.H. Demmons, is a fabrication facility capable of handling a wide range of custom fabrication projects. The sheet metal shop is completely automated and computerized. Our projects consist of air distribution duct work for heating and cooling systems, kitchen hood installation including welded duct work, roofing and ventilation systems. W.H.
