Some companies build from remodeling plans drawn by an architect. You then have to identify a contractor, interview, hire, supervise and understand their concept. Some remodelers build from a sketch on the back of an envelope. Some may not even be licensed to build by the State of Washington. We make it easy. Westhill is a design/build company. This means we are responsible for both the design and construction of your project. From concept to completion, we manage all the project phases, workers, dealing with the county and thousands of moving parts throughout the entire design/build project.
