You MUST work with Leann at least for one project. She does amazing work! She took my old, outdated CA condo and turned it into a STUNNING coastal modern haven! She has a eye for design and adds accents and features that are outside the box but will totally captivate your theme. She spends time investing in you as a client to present a space that encompasses your needs and desires! Her attention to details and eye for furnishings is unmatched! You do not want to miss out an opportunity to work with her!

Leann at West Eleven Lane was a true pleasure to work with over the past several weeks. I found her via Instagram, and really liked the design work that I saw on her page. I contacted her because I live in a historic apartment in Boston, and really needed professional help designing my awkwardly shaped living room, that, thanks to COVID, I now use as my tv room, entertainment space, office, and gym. To say this was a challenging project is an understatement, and Leann hit the nail on the head! Without ever seeing the space physically (she helped me virtually) Leann came out with a new layout, fresh design plan, and picked out some amazing pieces that I am working on purchasing over the next few weeks. Leann did a wonderful job capturing my style and picking out pieces that were in my price range. I am so happy I found her and will probably be asking her for more help with the rest of my apartment :) Thank you Leann!!!

Leann was amazing to work with! When we hired her, we were unsure of the style/look that we wanted for our master bedroom and bathroom. Her professionalism and knowledge of design was top notch. The end result of our project exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love it!

We were looking to make our home have a cohesive look after having made a cross country move. I contacted Leann after reading about her design philosophy and we talked on the phone to set up an in person meeting. She is easy to talk with and always is prompt to respond. We wanted to be pretty involved in selecting things and Leann was so patient with us. This was a large project from furniture, lighting, art, accessories, rugs..... She came up with the most beautiful ideas. We went out for the day and came home to a beautifully finished home. Leann totally knocked it out of the park. We are completely in awe of our home. It is so peaceful, you get a sense of calm when you walk through the front door. Our family is so happy with the result. We look forward to working with Leann again.

I recently worked with Leann of West Eleven Lane on my office space and I don’t have enough words to tell you what an incredible person she is to work with. Leann is one of the hardest working people I know. Every time she set a deadline on our project goals, she met it with ease and perfection. She was always on time to every single meeting, came beyond prepared, and had a immense amount of patience for my ever changing mind. I’m a full time photographer and business owner and Leann never forgot that for a second when working with me on designing this space. She took the time to study my own personal brand, being sure that each design choice that was made, was in line with it. She also made sure to balance the feminine aspects of the room with modern neutral pieces to keep my husband happy - as our home is open concept. Leann was able to ask me specific questions to nail down my taste and preferences and did a beautiful job translating that into this space. If you do one thing for your home this year, let it be hiring Leann. You will not regret it!

Leann was wonderful to work with! She listened to my visions and then created a well detailed layout as to what I envisioned! She was always prompt and professional and worked fast, never waiting for her to follow up. Before hiring Leann, I was overwhelmed trying to piece everything in my home together and Leann took that stress away. Highly reccommend! Leann from West Eleven Lane worked with me to design the master bedroom of our new home -- and I couldn't be happier! I was challenged with trying to fit existing pieces (bed, dresser, etc) into the new space in a way that felt cohesive with the rest of the home. I was also trying to stick to a limited budget but wanted a high-end look. Leann spent time listening to the types of styles I liked, viewed pictures of the other rooms in my home, and provided me with several different options within my budget. In the end, Leann pulled together not only the most gorgeous design, but it enabled me to have that high-end design look, for a lot less! Working with West Eleven Lane was fun and easy and the turnaround time was very quick. I was able to start transforming the master bedroom right away! Leann is incredibly professional and very talented at what she does! I can't wait to collaborate with her on my next project!

My husband and I had been in our house we built for about a year, we were really struggling on making the open concept living room kitchen feel like a finished room and both have different taste. We had never used a interior designer before. Leann was great!! She really listened to what we were looking for and walked us through every step of the way.
