I engaged Werribee Joinery to revamp an old non functioning laundry into a functional Butlers kitchen. James from Werribee Joinery understood my vision even though I had difficulty articulating what I was trying to achieve. He was very patient and took his time to explain to me what would and wouldn't work and reasons why. I found it very difficult to decide on colours and style and with James assistance and by simplifying certain matters the decision was easier to make. James and team were on time for all appointments including installation. I cannot fault their work and am ecstatic with the final outcome. I rate their services as follows - (on a scale of 1 (lowest) to 10 (Highest) Customer service - 10 Listening and building my vision - 10 Punctuality - 10 Material used and build - 10 Communication - 10 I look forward to working with James and team again as we are going to replace our 50 year old kitchen with a new one.
