NG Cox were knowledgeable,efficient and reliable. There were no delays, commenced work promptly each day, just a lunch break, working five days per week. They were very helpful in the bathroom design and choice of fittings. The invoice was as the quotation, with no "hidden extras" I would recommend this company.

Nick worked with me on the design of our en-suite and our bathroom prior and agreed a cost and programme prior to starting work on site. Following his appointment he stripped out the existing rooms completely and remodeled the rooms to fit the new arrangements. He supplied and fitted all the built in units and sanitary ware carrying out the necessary connections to the existing plumbing. Nick used specialist companies to supply and fit the worktops and mirrors. We supplied the floor and wall tiles for Nick to lay on surfaces that he had prepared. Nick worked to his quotation, completed on programme and gave, what I considered to be, a high quality finish whilst providing us with two much admired rooms.

Mr Cox is a thorough professional who kept to his promised work schedule and costings. As well as his plumbing work he is an excellent tiler with good design suggestions. He did a fantastic job, and I am delighted with my new en suite. I recommend him without any hesitation.

Has a thorough knowledge of available products to assist with your design. The old bathroom was stripped and walls made good even where they would not be showing. New fitments installed with attention to detail and incorporated into made-to-measure units. Meticulous care to avoid mess throughout. Precise tiling finished the job.

Nick Cox was not recommended to me; I simply replied to his advertisement, but I would recommend him to anyone. As soon as he spoke about my bathroom, showing me photos of work he had done, I knew he was the right man for the job. He guided me through equipment choices, interpreted my wishes, solved problems as they arose (they always do; mine was a wrongly-sited radiator) and created a high-quality room admired by everyone. It is an unfailing pleasure to use and I appreciate it every single day.
