The quality of the product is outstanding and the installers were friendly, professional, and worked to a really high standard- matching the quality of the product. Francesco and his team are first class. From the design support and help in selection (I was the designer architect for the project) and the original installation of the windows it has been a very good experience. Our project was a challenge as access was very restricted and most of the windows had to be man handled into place (some weighing in excess of 250 Kg!!) We had to hire a small flat space to park the incoming lorry from Austria and decant the windows into a smaller vehicle to bring onto site and install. It was amazing watching a team of experienced professionals working together to handle such a challenge. After completion I have had top quality service, when I wanted to readjust some windows, and doors they were able to send some guys down quickly. I love the Josko product for it's quality and would recommend them to anyone. Great!
