I was very happy with Grapids Heating and Cooling. My initial contact with them to make the appointment was handled efficiently, and with courtesy and professionalism. When I called back a few days later with a question and request, that was handled in the same manner. Ryan was the technician who came to do the work. He put on shoe covers before entering our home. He introduced himself and told me how long he had been with the company and in the business. He explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. When he was finished, he went over his system tune-up/checklist with me and explained what he had done. In my 35 years as a homeowner, I have never been more satisfied with a service company!

They came to do a furnace tune up and found a small Carbon Monoxide leak. They were in here the next day putting in a new furnace. I was worried about the brand (Goodman) that use (based on online reviews) but they took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The craftsmanship that they used was excellent. They even took time to clean my A/C coil since they had to work around it. The new furnace looks amazing. The customer service was excellent. Every time I call the office they are helpful. When they finished they work, they ran through everything with my thermostat and furnace. They started around 8:30 and stayed until 6:45pm on Friday to make sure everything was done well! They also helped me get all the rebates I was eligible for as well.
