Beautiful craftsmanship. Project completed on time (even with island restrictions). The USP to me is Prichard's understanding and interest in creating bespoke items, even sourcing salvaged materials (which is never the easy option) which speaks volumes of the desire to help achieve our clients design. Highly recommend.

We hired Finn and his team along with Bergmark Architects and Caybo Interiors to completely overhaul our 3rd story Georgian flat and couldn't be happier with the results. Being on the 3rd flow there were inevitable logistic issues that Finn never moaned about despite having to haul all materials and down takings up and down 80 stairs. He dealt with our neighbours thoughtfully and tactfully which was a big concern of ours, living as we do in a shared stairwell. Billing was clear and timely and he was very fair and opaque in the numerous add-ons that we requested. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Finn and his team and in actual fact have employed them on another job still to be completed.

Prichard Developments carried out some renovations when we moved into our house, including replacing windows and my wife’s favourite a custom designed wine rack. Finn was great with recommendations to help achieve what we were looking for and was flexible to work around our timetable. I would highly recommend his services.

We worked with Prichard on the extension and substantive refurbishment of a 2 bedroom 50s bungalow in Craigleith. We almost doubled the square footage of the house with a large open plan living extension to the rear, new kitchen and the creation of three bedrooms and two bathrooms to the main part of the house. Prichard came up with a number of clever solutions to the problems we found along the way and worked well with our architect and other suppliers to create a really special finished product. While there were some issues relating the sliding timescales, exacerbated by poor weather, the overall product was hugely impressive and a real transformation and I would use Prichard again for a future development.

Having stripped out an old kitchen, Pritchard Developments designed and constructed a bespoke ‘bar’ influenced by the geometric paintings of Piet Mondrian. The craftsmanship and attention to detail involved in this project was beyond my expectations. The carpentry skills demonstrated using American walnut with oak inlays were superb. This ‘bar’ is well admired by all who visit. Pritchard Developments are a highly profession company which I can strongly recommend.

Hendersons Shop and Deli, Hanover St, Edinburgh Pritchard did an amazing job refurbishing this Edinburgh institution. Stripping it back to its former glory and enhancing traditional features. They worked closely with designers and created a beautiful and functional deli. Thanks again!

Finn Prichard is a friendly, smart and super capable guy who did a superb job in constructing our garden workshop a couple of years ago. Finn has great communication skills and that coupled with all round competence and a strong drive mean that he is recommended highly. We are delighted with what his company built for us in all respects.
