Our preference for working on Architecturally designed and managed projects is so we can liaise directly with the designer, to evolve design concepts both initially and during the build to produce a completed job that achieves the intended aesthetic result. By meticulously planning and detailing the build and having the mindset of “getting it right the first time”, we maximise productivity and minimise reworking. This in turn makes it more economical and practical for the client, and gives our management, staff and contractors greater job satisfaction. We have project managers for each job & dedicated office staff who have vast experience in estimating, IT, accounting & office management to back up our field staff. Having 40 years of building experience in Sydney gives clients the best of building & office management as well as practical technical on-site support and experience. A.S. & K.B. Constructions is a family based business operated by Andrew Simpson and his two sons all being qualified carpenters and having completed their relevant building & licensing qualifications.
