Ever-Green Homes was founded by Greg Terch to provide innovative design coupled with affordable, sustainable building methods to homeowners. Greg received his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado in 1997. He specialized in residential lighting and energy management. Greg has spent the last 20 years designing & building custom homes, remodeling existing homes and installing energy saving systems throughout Colorado.

Brian Sigg

I have worked for Greg Terch as a sub contractor for over 13 years doing insulation and drywall. He is one of the most organized GCs in the business and I have worked for hundreds of them. His projects are clean and timely and he conducts himself very professionally, and always has a personal touch with his subs and more importantly his clients. His knowledge and attention to detail is evident by the products he has delivered over the years. I have completed nearly 200 projects for Greg which says a lot about his commitment and loyalty. I have recommended his company to many customers and I am proud to be a part of his network.

Thank you Ever- Green Homes in Westminster Colorado! I hired Greg to remodel my Denver Condo when the person above me flooded my unit. He handled an asbestos abatement, drywall, paint , electrical, cleaning and even arranging to move all my furniture around. My building is old with dated textures and colors. He had the walls skimmed with a new modern texture. The whole process was great ! I would totally hire Greg again.

I hired Greg's company to do a sunroom addition on my personal home, and it turned out beautifully! Greg's expertise and knowledge were key to the success of the project. Greg is one of those rare people in construction that truly understands and can effectively manage the entire construction process. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. Greg did an awesome job building our custom home! We brought him a design that was about 10 years old and he helped us re-design it to fit our current property and needs. He was there everyday to make sure everything was going according to plan. If there was a problem, Greg was there to fix it himself. He answered the thousands of questions/concerns we had with the knowledge you can trust. In addition, all of his subcontractors were great to work with. He hires top of the line subs who have the same passion that he does for building homes. I highly recommend Greg and his team to build your dream home!

We bought this house three years ago and decided to finally finish our basement. We were referred to Greg from a friend. He did nothing but impress us with his work and patience with us. He drew up our basement and did an excellent job. I made many changes to the job but he was more than willing to work with us to make the basement what we wanted. He was very professional and made sure everything was done to code and to our standards. He does high quality work and I would highly recommend Greg!

This was our first time building a house and it was was a great experience. Greg was very easy to work with and helped us in areas that we were not knowledgeable on, like where to save money and where to spend money. . Greg and his crew were always professional and kept to the schedule as long as I had everything on my end complete. Communication was always there and I could get a hold of him when I needed to.

We hired Greg Terch with Ever-Green Homes to build our dream house. We were so happy with the whole process. We met with Greg and explained what we were looking for and after a few meeting he drew our dream house and starting building it immediately. Any changes we had Greg was very willing to work with us. He shared his ideas and together the building process came together without any issues. Our house was completed on time and after we moved in he was very present to help fix anything that needed fixing or touched up. He still checks in with us after being here for 2 years. I would recommend Greg Terch with Ever-Green Homes.

He was extremely proactive, responsive and committed to nothing short of the highest possible quality every step of the way. Thank you Dusty. The split-level design with the master halfway to the second floor is still one of my favorite concepts. It allows you to be close the kids but still have privacy on your own floor. The photo says it all.
