With more than seventeen years of experience, her passion is to create and design interiors that exceed clients’ expectations. Kat Czarnecki has proven herself as a fresh and novel designer with her eye for quality, client-centered approach to business and sense of style. She delivers total completion to each aspect of the design by her balance of creativity, dynamic thinking and client collaboration. Kat has led large-scale residential projects and partnered on mid to large-scale commercial projects. During her robust career she has also oversaw complete design development for two custom homes, customizing them each while executing her clients’ goals. She has worked with architectural details and identified custom construction elements. Throughout her career she has also led and partnered on various residential projects of differing scales. Kat’s passion is and has always been interior design. Her work always comes from the heart and she has no other goal than to help her clients’ create an individualized, unique and stylish design while curating to their lifestyle and budget. Kat moved to Smithtown, NY and embraced her skills and spirit by founding Hang Your Heart Design in 2019. Her mission is to help create a lasting design for both residential and commercial spaces. Kat earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Stony Brook University and her Interior Design degree from MID. She is recognized and has been awarded the Best of LI Interior Designer.
