I checked out lots of contractors for my condo update. Chris was a professional from start to finish. He gave me a very fair quote and 1. Returned calls and 2. Came on time which are 2 things often missing with other contractors. He was easy to communicate with and clearly anticipated potential problems. I always hate it when costs end up being much higher because of last minute issues – and that didn’t happen with Chris. Chris is a 2nd generation contractor and it shows! All of his workers seem great and were polite and did outstanding work. It’s clear that he treats his crew well and that they are carefully chosen. A special shout out to the guy who installed wood paneling over my fireplace – amazing! In fact, the work went so well that I used him for additional work. In addition, my condo board hired him to do some work in our building and their experience matched mine. Hire ECO Builders – you’ll be glad you did!

I have used Eco Builders on about 3 separate projects. Christian is one of the most respectful contractors I have worked with. He always shows up on time and does what he says he will do.
