I don’t have enough words to express how happy we are we had the opportunity to work with Taylor while building our new house! We did not have any kind of experience in this field, we ended up staring the project much sooner than anticipated, so we were not prepared. After only a couple of meetings Taylor somehow figured us out, and then walked us through a year and a half long process seamlessly. The result is better than we ever imagined. We decided on a transitional style home as the best way to make all our family members happy and be unique. Taylor did an amazing job at tying it all in flawlessly from one area to the other while including our many wishes. We are receiving nonstop compliments. My husband is giving me a lot credit for our beautiful home which is nice . We are planning to work with Taylor on our next interior design project as we are growing together with our new home and getting new ideas. I highly recommend Taylor and South Trace Interiors!

I am very thankful my contractor introduced me to Taylor. I embarked on an update to my 50 year old home, and while I had a vision of what I wanted, Taylor ensured that vision came to life. I am thrilled with the final result. I tell my fiends that finally at 53 years old I have figured out my personal tastes and I now live in a home that reflects that. Early on in the project, Taylor developed an understanding of my tastes. She also understood that I was easily overwhelmed by the abundance of choices. Taylor worked her magic and what seemed overwhelming became very manageable. Our builder introduced us to Taylor at the beginning of our remodeling project. Taylor understood our desire to retain as much of our mid century modern feel as possible, and she helped guide our individual choices that in the totality we are very pleased with. Having never been through a remodeling process before we relied heavily on Taylor‘s expertise and sense of design style. She was especially helpful and patient as we navigated The myriad of flooring, bathroom tile and countertop choices.

We had a really great experience working with Taylor. She really listened to what I liked, what I didn't like and understood the general look I was trying to achieve. After discussing a room in the house, she would pull together some things I might like. If I loved them, great, but if I didn't, she would try again. She appreciated the different styles and ideas of both my husband and I and negotiated that process very well. She has great taste and a real understanding of design beyond just what looks good.

I am a designer myself, but not familiar with Florida style or shopping. We just moved here from the Northeast. I am so glad I met and worked with Taylor from South Trace Design. She was easy to work with! Her vision of our home was exactly what we wanted. She knew where to go and could shop with me. The styles are dramatically different from the north. Taylor made the transition easy and enjoyable. Thank you!

My husband and I bought a new home in the spring. I was struggling with paint colors and furniture placement. Taylor with South Trace Design came highly recommended from a friend to help us get it pulled together tastefully. She was FANTASTIC!!! Wow...My experience with Taylor Wilson and South Trace Design was truly special. If you don't want to read this entire review, you can stop here and immediately hire Taylor because you can ONLY have a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE with her. I cannot recommend her more highly. I've had a number of poor experiences with designers (as many people do) and am so glad that I found South Trace. A few things immediately standout about Taylor: She Listens, She Cares, She's Incredibly Talented, She Communicates well, she's both creative and execuition oriented, she's a true professional and goes the extra mile. Taylor is the first designer I've worked with that truly LISTENED to me! We did a very thorough design consultation and she took what I said and actually implemented a plan that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing based on my feedback. She was on time, never missed a deadline, communicated often and very well, and completely shattered her competition in terms of design presentation. She knows how to do a furniture layout plan, but can also do CAD which is really helpful for 2D visuals of the space. She knows about space planning and brings a fresh, unique perspective to the entire design. She has a very strong understanding of Trade Only furniture companies and introduced me to some great brands that I'll continue to use in my houses moving forward. Taylor has changed my experience working with designers. Forever grateful!
