Kauai Eco Builders (KEB) is a full service general building contractor focused on eco-building on Kauai, specializing in custom residential and commercial construction. Husband (Chad) is the contractor/owner of KEB, and wife (Cate) is a design consultant and licensed real estate agent. From design concept to project completion, our vision includes sustainable materials, designed for Kauai's tropical climate, built for life. Chad focuses on solid, quality craftsmanship, while Cate handles design consultation and a team to help with your real estate needs. We believe in preserving land and natural resources, and enjoy working with clients who share an appreciation for sustainable building practices. We strive to minimize waste, use local vendors/artists, donate building leftovers or re-usable materials from remodels to local families or non-profits, and source materials that environmentally low impact and long lasting for this unique climate.
