Andrew Morton Furniture

Andrew Morton was commissioned to build several pieces of bespoke furniture for our new house project during 2017 to 2018. There were constant delays and to this day numerous pieces have not been finished, despite his assurance that he would do so. There were six dressing rooms all fitted with built-in wardrobes but several of them had hanging rails fitted so high that they are unusable. In the Master Dressing Room the wrong sized drawers were installed and despite promises to correct this mistake, nothing has been done. In the Snooker Room, we are still awaiting the cabinetry for the bar area to be finished, albeit it well over a year since we moved in. I constantly wrote to Andrew Morton asking him to finish and correct the outstanding work as he had promised to do, but I do not even get replies to my emails now. It has been one of the most disappointing and stressful experiences I have had to go through.

I worked with Andrew on a bespoke piece of furniture for a residential project. He really took the time and care to understand what we wanted to achieve with the piece. He was very friendly and also really efficient, providing a quotation and time estimate almost immediately. When it came to the fitting, his colleagues were polite and curtious also and worked late to get the job completed. And when we encountered a small issue Andrew worked quickly to resolve it. Overall, the quality of work was to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend Andrew Morton Furniture.
