Working with Bruce and BLBJ has been a pleasure. Our job was an update of the exterior of our expensive, 29yr old home (2 story and full daylight basement) as we get it ready to sell. It involved a new complicated roof (32 different surfaces with a turret), replacing our original, manual Velux skylight with a new solar-powered, automated one with a built in wireless controller, lots of minor carpentry to fix up the fine cedar siding and fencing that had weathered over the years, a full exterior paint job including clear coat soffits, a cedar deck renovation and replacing our aging front doors with a new 6 foot set of French doors and new lock. Bruce brought very competitive pricing to the table as well a good sense of how to get the job done. We worked closely together to get his subs and employees in and out of our house starting in April and finished the last tweak to the front door lock today. I would highly recommend him. He honored his commitments and pricing through the entire project. I will caution you that he is a busy man running many different kinds of jobs simultaneously. Hire him but make certain you establish with him your expectations of him and exactly what you want him to do and what you might want to do or coordinate yourself. If you do this, I suspect that you will be pleasantly surprised at the value you get from his company.

We loved working with Bruce! He did a complete remodel of our townhome in Bellevue. He is very responsive and is easy to communicate with. He is very trustworthy and we felt comfortable with him being in the townhome without us at any point in time. We would highly recommend.
