We are a registered architectural practice based in Harare, Zimbabwe, and thrive on challenging projects that push social and architectural boundaries while respecting nature and sustainability. Located in Harare, Zimbabwe, Pantic Architects award winning design studio has completed an extensive number of custom projects, from large scale urban planning, shopping centres, hotels and lodges, down to luxury residences in the Southern African region. For the past 26 years, Pantic Architects have completed a diverse range of architectural design projects, focusing on direct involvement of the principals with the clients. Sustainable, inspiring and locally adapted design has been the work ethic through the years. As an architectural design and supervision practice, Pantic Architects seamlessly fuse architecture and interior design, while guiding clients through the development, making the process an intimate collaboration.

Luka and his team designed our family home, converting an old building into a beautiful modern house that retains the charm and character of the original. They were completely professional from start to finish, providing their input, guidance and skills to realise our vision of what we hoped to achieve with the building. They handled all the contracting and project management aspects of the build and when any issues arose were able to mediate between us and contractors to reach a satisfactory conclusion for all parties. All in all making what can be a stressful and difficult process extremely smooth and taking us to a result that we are totally delighted with. I would highly recommend them to anyone embarking on such an adventure!

Pantic architects provided architectural design for our project and afterwards supervised the construction. Extreme professionals and their meticulous attention to detail helped stave off problems and contain costs. Great job, and we had no doubts engaging them for the next project as well.

Very creative architectural designers. What Luka and his team produced was beyond what we had imagined, and their architectural design and created architectures were modern and yet cheap to build. Just perfect

Wow! The house they did for us was just fantastic. So creative and fun, its come out perfect. All the little things are just there, like the nook in the shower for the shampoo, or the shower taps far away from the water so that you can easily adjust the temperature of the water. The best!
